However, the reason I sent you this transmission is because I recieved a message from someone whose name is Yoshida, and I was asked to meet him in private near the Bruchsal base. He seemed a bit hurried, and forgot to tell how I should contact him, but I knew it must be something important he would like to tell me. I asked one of my new friends about him, and it turned out he's a lane hacker, and you were probably the one who could have the contact details of that hacker. Thus, I am wondering if you mind telling me how to contact him.

Something in your statement strikes me as unusual. It happens that I have briefly met Herr Yoshida within the Taunusfeld and granted him a limited amount of time to spent aboard Bruchsal. I know very little of the Hackers as an organization, only that they are apparently Libertonian, "hack lanes" to some extent as their name attests to, and that Herr Yoshida is a Cardamine addict.
What I find... Odd, however, is the timing. Why does he find reason to meet with you, newly enlisted into the Widerstandsarmee, and not myself or the Vorsitzende?
Your thoughts on that question would be appreciated.
I confess that I do not possess Herr Yoshida's precise communication credentials. My recommendation on the matter would be to use one of Bruchsal's four highly-encrypted communication relays to send out pings to Libertonian stars and territories, using tags such as "Lane Hacker", "Yoshida", and the like. From there, triangulate parameters until you manage to find a Neural Net account with a proper signal.
I shouldn't need to tell you to be careful in your dealings with those we know little of.
