I recently sent a message to Major Hoerst, which is still unanswered. Since it's unlike him to not acknowledge an urgent comm sent directly to his private channel, I'm assuming for one reason or another he's not part of the active ranks of the Armee anymore? That certainly would explain a few of the recent events, and of course would not be of much surprise, since I've rather grown used to leaving a region for an extended period and encountering not even a single familiar face when I get back.
If that indeed is the case, I'd like to know who's now in charge of the PR, so to say, and would have to have a chat with them regarding some paperworks.

Guten tag, herr... aerelm.
Since you were able to land on Vogtland and haven't been arrested yet, I assume you indeed had some connection with Major Hoerst, who's enjoying his pension nowadays.
Oberkommando won't bother to deal with you, unless you've brought a Kanzler to our custody, but you can adress your concerns to me.
Oh, Siegfried Draay is the new Brigadegeneral. Congratulations, I guess. You were only an Oberleutnant or so the last time I was in Omegas. Time sure flies. Anyways, here's an excerpt of my message to Major Hoerst which explains the situation well enough:

I returned to Vogtland after a long while today, and for the sake of old times I decided to go for my old loadout and head out to shoot a Kanzler dog or two, but to my surprise, it was pointed out to me by the nice fellas in the docks that there's literally no records of me in the archives. Now you and I both know that can't be but a mistake, considering I was practically a member of Volksrevolution for nearly two years. So, my guess is my records have been misplaced and the fellas at the docks simply don't have the proper clearance level to access it - Hence why I'm sending you this message. Unfortunately, I can't make use of any of our old agreements without valid records backing them up, so mind giving it a look and getting thinks sorted?
Danke.
As for being able to dock on Vogtland, I assure you good sir, I've been permitted to do much more than that by your former Oberkommando. If you by any chance still make use of Corsairs patrol maps documented in late 820 A.S., that intel was provided by me. Oh, and funny story - I did bring you a Kanzler once. Though, it turned out to be an impostor, a loony who had escaped from Stuttgarten Mental Assylum to be exact, but still. A Kanzler nevertheless.
So long story short, the crew on Vogtland may not have the right set of permissions to access my records, but I'm more than certain you do. So, would you mind giving it a look and sorting out whatever's mixed up? Cheers.

Tag again, herr aerelm.
I indeed was able to find few recors about you. It appears you worked hired gun for Red Hessian Army few years ago. And quite successful one. Therefore, I would have no troubles with adding you on green list of all our stations.
That brings us to a question what exactly you want from us. If you're interested in submitting your service to Army once again, I can direct you to our mercenary channel.
That's actually somewhat insulting, but I'm gonna let it slide since you and I aren't much acquainted yet, so it was most likely an honest mistake.
First off, on the subject of "hired gun", I neither am nor ever was, as that implies I followed the pathetic "shoot stuff up for cash" line of thought - which has never been the nature of my relations with the Volksrevolution. I'm certain if you dig a little deeper through your records you'll see I never claimed any sort of monetary payment for the hand I lent your boys in space, as it was merely a bona fides, so to say.
Then, if the records you looked through only mention my everyday work with your pilots in space, then that's not the complete records on me and whomever access to personal logs of Major Hoerst was passed on to after his retirement will find a lot more than that, but based on your response I'm assuming either that person is not you or you didn't check those particular logs. So if you'd be kind enough, pass this transmission to the person with access to those logs as they'd have a better perspective on the matter.
Last but not least, just for the sake of clarity as there seems to be some sort of misunderstanding here, I'm not asking for anything (new) from the Army. Major Hoerst himself had granted me unrestricted access to Hessian asset back in 820 A.S., and I'm more than certain it's documented somewhere because I had absolutely no problems with its assorted paperwork long as Major Hoerst was in charge. So, to be clear, I'm not asking for anything other than recovery of the records of permissions granted to me by your own Oberkommando in the past.
Oh, and as a footnote, thank you for the prompt reply.

Tag again, herr aerelm.
You're surely not expecting me to trust you right from nowhere. Herr Hoerst is enjoying his pension and Red Hessian Army is not some bunch of capitalistic bureaucrats to make logs on every single person's deeds. Especially if such person is not a member of Army. Fact that you're claiming you've sided with Army not out of greed, but out of faith in Volksrevolution is admirable, but past is in the past, I've seen people's allegiance shifting in much shorter time.
So, if you want access to hessian tech, you need to refresh your contract with Red Hessian Army and that can be done only by blood, not by some words or logs. Hunt down and destroy 3 combatcraft vessels belonging to Enemies of Volksrevolution within Red Hessian Zone of Operations and send guncam shots via this channel.

Tag again, herr aerelm.
It took you 2 whole months to kill 3 Rheinlanders? I can't say I'm impressed, with such pace. Yet I'm a man of my word. Arms dealer on Vogtland was instructed to sell you anything you can mount on your... whatever it is.
I was - and to an extent still am - occupied with other business elsewhere, but made a couple of passes through Rheinland recently and the guncams you received are results of those two trips. It of course would've been far more "impressive", as you called it, if it had received my dedicated effort and attention. But then again, if tasks such as this below average duckhunt was supposed to get my full attention I would've already been flying under Hessian colors. Right? And since that's not the case, my full attention is naturally reserved for more critical tasks such as the ones Major Hoerst asked me for back in the day. So if there's anything needed along those lines, feel free to ask anytime.
That aside, reinstating my access rights is much appreciated, and hope to see you in space soon.
