When they told that it would be able to use the scanner, which needs a heavy plant, that was my initial question: What core will the corvo GB have then?
Once the update hit, I simply made the ship and checked it out. Lo and behold.
Also, you should not worry about LR IDed things, which can only use Basic missiles. You should worry about the Wilde, who have 90% on all cells, allowing them to use EVERY SINGLE GUNBOAT MISSILE TURRET on that thing. At 90% core.

How combat effective do ya'll think utilizing 5 missile turrets
will be in combat as offensive or defensive? I never tried to
mount 5 missile turrets on any of my gunboats before....what's
the most you've been able to mount this whole time? Or has it
depended on the core as Spaz was sayin' ?
so you flew to all systems bought all those missiles, that quick, that easily?
i dont get it, it takes me some time to equip a ship in normal time, but in a space of 1 hour ish you had that all , you must of had an armoury somewhere with it all in
I went into SP and did all the commands to get to the bases and stuff. I'm doubtful all of those guns give me a useable core anyway, due to shipcompat in MP. You can tell since I don't have a window for the chat menu.
