Tonight was rather interesting. Pirates actually made their way from the Freeport in Omega 3 today!! So, me and Miranda O'Nealwent out to Omega 3, for reasons I can not remember. We stumbled across a Freelancer, named Pomelo[T], who seemed somewhat odd. We tried to question him, yet it was a futile attempt. He stayed quiet until we finally found out that he was a pirate and had friendly relationships to the Corsairs! Him his Corsair friend decided to engage me and Miranda. We fought long and hard until we finally came up victorious, disabling both of their ships. Tired and exhausted, we both made our way back to the Freeport to repair our ships and catch up a little with a drink! I have video footage of the fight and I will upload it with this transmission!

Another interesting night! This time, there was a massive brawl outside the Freeport, in Omega 3, quite close to Planet Sprague. I didn't hesitate in joining in, aiding the Armed Forces to what I hoped was victory. As soon as I jumped in, I was engage straight away! How annoying! Didn't put me of one bit though as I managed to rid 2 of the gits!

I was en route to BSE Byrd when I've spotted BPA officer Waldorf Salad fighting with Corsair bomber(or VHF, didn't had enough time to scan the thing), callsign PicklePie. I've offered my assistance to officer, since he definitely wasn't going to win that fight on his own. Together we've managed to deliver quite a lot of damage to the hostile vessel before another police officer arrived, callsign Iro_Spot. Corsair ship quickly succumbed to combined power of our guns, and I've managed to deliver the final blow.

Yet another brawl and another somewhat decent outcome. I was floating around in Omega 3 when I saw a Corsair pilot running into Cambridge. I decided to follow him to try and stop him, however he managed to get away. I contacted an Armed Forces pilot to help me chase after him. Stupidly, we both followed him into Omega 5 where we had the biggest surprise of our lives. We were met by a rather large Corsair Fleet. Sensibly, me and the Officer decided to run back to Cambridge where we RVed with the Norfolk with the Corsairs on our back. I managed to make it to Cardiff, I restocked and then I came back to help in the fight. After some time, I took down one Corsair Pilot under the name of Octopulsar. Shortly after, I was joined by the Bowex ExSec pilots James Calhoun and Edmund Corbett, both formidable pilots. My ship, yet again went down but I was taken back and given a new ship.

I picked up a transmission from our Exile mates on the emergency channel saying that there was a Garlic Intelligence vessel scrounging around Leeds and heading for New London. Ignoring how much of an oxymoron the statement was, I immediately jumped in the Paladin to give chase, and together we managed to discourage the frog from coming over and instead we forced him to crawl back to his cave. Upon finishing this, I decided the best course of action would be to quickly fetch my Clyde and use this as an opportunity to resupply the lads on Leeds.
I hopped over to the research station, grabbed some medi-stasis bands and was just about to start the journey with Hideo when we were interrupted by a hail coming from a Libertonian vessel bearing Liberty Navy signatures. The pilot was in a Guardian and seemed rather interested in what we were doing, so I naturally offered to show them around Leeds. Figured we might as well have another gun if things don't go exactly as planned.
The rest of the journey was a standard Medical/MV supply run. I picked up the excess Lanthanum from Leeds, dropped it off on Ontario, requisitioned MVs for Leeds, delivered those, finishing by picking up some injured for transport to the hospital on Cambridge.
Convoy looked as if it was going to be a quiet one, but rather suddenly a Garlic confronted us and forced the Exile to eject. The Libertonian ma'am and I cleaned the situation up, after which I added the poor bugger to the shipment for Cambridge. We parted ways with her over at Southampton and the rest of the convoy went without a hitch no thanks to Peterson. All that remains is to return Hideo to one of his lads after his hopefully swift recovery.

Message contents:
I've been told by mister Clarke to detail the state of Tau-23 system and evaluate trade prospects. If you've been planning to ship goods to and from Java station-you might encounter quite a few problems along the way.
First thing-you need to get past Tau-31 blockade. Space around Holman outpost and Tau-23 gate is being patrolled by Gallic Royal Navy. Even if they won't shoot our transports down, they gonna alert troops at Tau-23, which is not something we really want to happen.
Next stop-Tau-23. Right near the jumpgate is located what used to Tau-31 gate construction site, damaged and occupied by Gauls. The defence grid and weapon platforms are still intact, though, and probably even got reinforced. Gallic activity in the area is high.
It only gets worse deeper in the system. Java station itself is surrounded by multiple weapon platforms and there is a battleship nearby protecting what seems to be a jumpgate. Patrols in this area are tough-we've spotted a cruiser near Java station which prevented us from getting close enough.
GRN aren't the only threat, though. On our way back we've met a Unione Corse gunboat. The pilot was curious about our mission in the system, but we've been ordered by mister Clarke to not announce our intentions. Mister Clarke has a point-these Gauls are not to be trusted.
To sum up, there are a lot of Gauls along the way and even more in Tau-23 itself. I don't really think our convoys are able to get to Java station. With all respect to Trade Combine, we're going to operate on enemy territory here, and that's a bit beyond our capabilities. Honestly, survival of our transports in Tau-23 is not guaranteed.

You won't believe how long I have spent doing this! Anyway, 5 of us from the ExSec division were pulled out and sent to make a full evaluation of the Omega 3 system. They were me, James Calhoun, Sian Breacon, Miranda O'Neal, and Aaron Clarke. We had a look around, encountered a few people and then returned back home. Here is the full report I have written!
System Name: Omega 3
House: Bretonia
Number of Planets: 1
Number of Stations: 4
Number of Jump Gates: 2 (Cambridge, Omega 7)
Trade Lanes: Yes
System Hostility Threat: To be determined
Base notes:This base is owned by the Confederation of Freeports which is a Zoner group dedicated to looking after their installations. They do their best to stay as neutral as possible to everyone but it does have it's downfalls. Pirates, from Corsairs to Mollys and even independent Pirates, have been using this base as a staging ground for their attacks. Advice caution.
Guncam Shots:No others
Aland Shipyard
Base size: Medium Sector Location: EF 43
Base notes:This Shipyard is owned by the Independent Miners Guild. No other notes.
Base notes:This is another Independent Miners Guild station sitting directly above Aland Shipyard. This base, unlike Aland, is heavily guarded by a number of weapon platforms ranging from anti capital to anti snubcraft. It is advised to seek shelter there if the situation turns belly up.
Guncam Shots:No Other
Rugen Station
Base size: Small Sector Location: F6
Base notes:This is a DHC base located in an asteriod field right outside of the Omega 9 hole.
Base notes:This Wellington class station is owned by the Bretonia Mining and Manufacture company and is located in an asteroid filed near the Omega 5 jump hole. It is rather risky staying here because there have been reports of Corsairs coming though the Omega 5 jump hole.
Base notes:Not much is known about this station, however it is legal and Bowex have had contracts with this station before. It is right outside of an annomally. It is presumed that the station is researching it.
Identification Friend or Foe: Gateway Known Ship Usage: Shires, Shetlands, Storks, Percheron, Clydesdale, Roc
Notes:Watch out for these in Omega 3 because they will attack and pirate us. Keep your eyes open, avoid or pirate back.
Independent Mining Guild
Identification Friend or Foe: IMG Known Ship Usage: Nyx, Pythos (Assumed more)
Notes:They are one of the mining groups in Bretonia. They often help the local law enforcement out against foes and enemies of Bretonia.
Corsairs
Identification Friend or Foe: Corsair Known Ship Usage: Murmilos, Legates, Imperator, Praetorian, Titian, Centurion
Notes:These are our hostile foes. Keep all transports away from them. Defend friendlies from these and attack them if you have good enough numbers.
Gaians
Identification Friend or Foe: Gaians Known Ship Usage: Claymore, Chameleon, Corsair line (Assumed More)
Notes:These are the planet loving humans that will do anything to protect nature. They will even pirate our transports. Keep an eye out for them, don't let them venture to close.

Holy mother of hell, today was different. I'm just going to be blunt with this. I undock from Aland Shipyard and what the hell do I find? A Gallic Battleship! I almost had a heart attack! Though, my ExSec instincts kicked into action and for some random reason, I started firing at it... alone... with no support!
Well, I soon learnt about that quickly and support finally arrived in the form of Bretonia Capital vessels, oh what a beautiful site, and ExSec Mr Brown from the Raid Response Unit, who ever he is.
Funny enough, the Valor tried to moor on Aland Shipyard, which brings up a lot of suspicions then then he tried to make his way to Rheinland... Oh my. Anyway, I've attached several guncams of the event. How the hell it managed to slip pass I'll never know.
