How NOT to pirate

I was out there making my routines and caught the tail end of it. I'm marked Military/Police with a BG ID. He appears 'green' to me. I never got close enough to get a better look, but that doesnt say Pirate much to me at all. I know there is speak of IDs and game mechanics, but he would'nt be green to someone thats been doing non-stop military/BH missions since they started if they were a Blood Dragon *truly*

Think I've played on a server where if you were stopped by a pirate then you were honour bound to pay the tax maybe he comes from that enviroment. I did'nt stay long as it's flawed RP. Threatening you with a ban is silly though :D

Last week in my Bounty Hunter char Ragnar I fought a couple of Corsairs in fighters while 2 destroyers and a Corsair in a spatial tried to kill me. I killed 1 fighter and the other TBH had to go after a long fight and the Caps gave up on me. I decided to leave the spatial as I had been fighting for ages and engaged cruise and headed home. The NPC Corsairs CD me so I thrusted away to the Theta JH. Anyway the Spatial did not pursue but started to flame me in system chat saying I had left the fight illegally. I had no honour and I would be reported. I asked why I would be reported and the player in the spatial said "for retreating" After the laughter in the system died down from the other players I made my merry way home :rolleyes:

i found that very funny, it makes all us Blood dragons hang our heads in shame.

but a rule was broken by him:

3.5 Attempts to pose as admins, threatening players with sanctions, attempts to interpret rules are not allowed. Applying to admin's name without prior consent of the admin is not allowed.

you ever get that again, i say report the bugger for quoting for an Admin.
