It's an activity generating event for fun, which also carries its own monetary reward. I think a 4,000 word writeup over two months and six threads would kind of defeat the purpose, to be honest.

It was given for the benefit of you- the player. If we can think up roleplay around a hidden house with enough military might to crack down on all the houses in Sirius, I am sure you have the capabilities to think up an excuse for Zoners to need ore in Delta.
