This metagaming, powergaming thing makes me confused.
Let say I am a smuggler and have a base for helping me.
But what if as police I go on patrol and stumble upon that base?
Should I look other way? Should I be considered cheater for "finding"
that base? What if I destroy that base and make a report?
Then my smuggler get angry and put bounty on me.
Should I just be "reasonable" and actually take advantage of my personalities
working smuggler and police together? Please, clear this for me.

Do you know the meaning of "moral"?

Anyway, it's forbidden by server rules. Yo know where is that base because your smuggler char know it, then don't fly there with your police man unless you are in a patrol and OTHER PLAYER in the formation take the decision to fly near the position of that base.

You simply cannot know where that base is as a police man, to avoid metagaming don't fly there.
