Your so called RP explanation for the said ship spiraled to become almost all of the known stereotypes for justifying a ship, rather than building up a character. And the attitude... I mean, I wasn't joking when I asked if THIS was a joke. Come on... Take a deep breath and re-read all of this stuff.

I have yet to see any type of android, cyborg, or robotic-implants amongst most factions, whenever I stop by Buffallo base I may see a Pirate with a robotic-eye or hand(Star Wars rip off Haha!) but something on that large scale that cost 250,000,000 Credits to do, and replacing the human-parts in order to fit them would require tremendous work and the risk of dieing from blood-loss or organ failure is tremendous.

Moreso It would be logical to try keep your RP into things already present, "Neural Interface's" exist however something like a BHG would probably fry your brain.
In all said and done; Revamp your RP, you look to me like you are semi-new - If you want the Ship, Youll want to have the RP to go with it...
Being a Bounty Hunter isn't that bad if you know what your doing; Moreso, If you are planning to get an Osiris-Class Liberty Dreadnaught I would highly recommend you join the Order... The original Osiris was a prototype of the Liberty Navy presumably in Juneau Shipyards in Alaska; It probably had many features and advanced technology to any other Battleship present.
It is highly unreasonable and preposturous for a "Zoner" or other to manage to spirit one away.
Orillian was a Officer in the LSF/Navy; I forget but, He had noticed strange things and no doubt he had subordinate's and etc. When the Nomad's came to infect him he ran and knowing that if he ran in the Navy's Upgraded Defenders AKA. Guardians/Avengers he had a high probability of being shot down.
So why not gather up subordinate's and others and take the Osiris for a spin, No doubt its advanced Technology would serve it well in escaping. Seeing as the Liberty Navy had Guards at Zone-21 the probability of escaping was highly better with the Osiris; And no doubt the Order keeps their Battleships under Lock&Key.
Orillian's Engineers invented the Anubis which was a re-doubled Defender for fractions of the cost.
They are capable of making good ships from scratch, So I would guess that the Osiris Class was further developed later on.
