Hola Hermano Von-Geld... *nods*
I'm proud to tell you situation on Crete turned up very well for The Brotherhood, my hermano. El Presidente framed those Benitez humanitarians so well. They got deeply involved in expired food deliveries to Cretan orphanages. They had to negotiate their new position after just short public campaign against them. And our goal was to put that position to point zero. They vanished from our politics, one even deflected to our enemy, to the Core. Well, there's some collateral damage, like losing part of Yaren defence, in Omicron Delta. Benitez simply draw all their ships from there. But, Core is busy playing with Order and they surely will not notice. Santa Muerte help us all if they do!
Additionally, El Presidente vanished as well. I'm afraid something might happened to him. Benitez family was pretty mad after losing so much in such a short time. So, I'll take all DHC matters from now on, my sharp-eyed hermano Von-Geld.
And just to say gracias again for all following DHC deliveries of weapons, munitions, tools and industrial hardware. We armed some additional ships last month and dealt several blows on VWA and Hessian forces in Frankfurt. They will not pirate your ships there for a while. We repaired water and air purifiers at Lagos Depot and Mindelo Outpost, so we can finally dock some serious forces there. We are strong enough to intercept even IMG convoys there, so keep delivering and some more good news might come. Our patrols will keep looking for Diamond and The.Sausage vessels in the meantime.
However, our Omega fleet is suffering serious losses as we speak. Both sides are losing there, but we simply can't produce enough reinforcements fast enough. I wouldn't be surprised to see BMM mining in Omegas soon, if we continue like this. Have it on your mind while preparing expedition you mentioned.

Elder di Martino,
yet another power shift in Corsair leadership, one of many, is what hampered our relations over the last few years. However, I'm glad to hear your assurance everything ended well. Using this chance, I hope for period of political stability now, which will allow us expand our actions in your aid.
We will send small group of specialists soon, to assess potential for bigger expedition. These people will need accommodation, guidance, protection and communication with important figures in your leadership and industry.
News about your losses in the Omegas are worrying. Ad hoc mercenary help and intelligence services could be our best immediate support for you here. Confirm, if you expect them now. While we're already on this subject, striking enemies' soft rear, such as logistics of their suppliers and business partners, would undermine their offensive capability. We could start from Omicron Supply Industries here, and then proceed to others in this part of space.

Hola again, Hermano Von-Geld! *nods*
I'm glad to hear our political situation is not spoiling your plans. There is no establishment on Crete that would mess your efforts to help our people and there never will be - no matter who's on power. Feel free to send your pre-expeditionary group, Hermano Von-Geld. We already made a list what to show them, including water filters factories, pumps installations, Artifact digging sites, our huge sand worms, desert survival kits... Just never forget to supply them well with sweets and sausages, in case they need to cooperate with El Comisario.
However, your relations with OSI are concerning me. They are our trustworthy food supplier, but even more than that: we are together in more than one security projects. I'm afraid I can't share the details with DHC. I'll have to restrict those informations from your experts and even limit their movement, in case you can't do something regarding OSI-DHC relations. I'm in contact with Senor Jason Kelly, their CEO, so simply tell me if you need any mediation from my side. He's mucho reasonable man, I can guarantee you that.

We had some issues with OSI during Gran Canaria conflict, Hermano Von-Geld. But it turned out they are very determined to secure all residents there, so we moved our fleet to place where we can use it better. OSI experts are taking great care about our chili sausage factories safety at Gran Canaria and even providing continuous float of products to Crete.
But, there is another security project now, something new and daring. We were practically forced to advance to another level with OSI, due to recent Core expansion. It's about something you can't help about, gracias for understanding.

Greetings to you, honored Elders of Crete.
As you are aware, recently Rheinland and Liberty signed peace treaty. In result, more and more Military units are returning from front every day, and are directed to combat hessian terrorists. This gives us in Daumann breathing space we needed for a long time.
Elders, thanks to this development we are ready to proceed with another phase of the plan - beside our continued material support, we can finally send an expedition to aid you directly.
Some fifty scientists, industrial specialists, xenoarcheologists, and mercenary leaders.
This is not the main expedition itself - merely scouting party, which will assess the best way we can help you on place. If you are worried about mercenaries on Crete, I can assure you there's no need to worry. Obviously fighting squadrons will be deployed from your asteroid bases; Crete however will be ideal as a repair and training center. Planetside conditions are much better for such tasks than cramped , half-gravity stations.

Apreciada señor Edward Von-Geld,
My name is Chino Ernesto Chavez, and I was assigned to handle the diplomatic resumption of communications. Regrettably, Elder Hector Beltran is unable to answer your communication at the moment, but he has given me the authorisation to answer, also on behalf of the Consejo de Asuntos Exteriores.
Honestamente, we did not expect to hear of you again. In the last 8 months since you spoke to the Council of Elders about this plan, a lot has changed. The Council of Elders has changed, and so have our plans. The decisions are now made by the Honourable Elders Hector Beltran, Dimitris de la Ramirez and Rodrigo de la Guerra, whereas Elder di Martino, Lopez and Buonocore, who you talked to in the past, do not exist any more. Call it the curse of the Omicrons, blame fatty food, hot-headedness, or the charms of a too passionate young señorita, or alternatively just mala suerte for these changes:
Fact is that this complete project and its exectution needs to be done reassessed. That's what the Consejo de Asuntos Exteriores is there for.
Our interest has shifted and our ambitions have become mayor. Investigation into Rheinland economy and production has shown that DHC's Planetary Production Complex XT-46-A - the automated factory that produces ship parts for assembly from previously defined blueprints - is what we want.
Correctamente, we do not only want the factory, but we want you to build it, we want the experts to run it and we want you to train our scientists and engineers in how to use it. We buy your equipment and your know-how.
That is the new proposal.
Contact us with your terms.
Respetuosamente,
Chino Ernesto Chavez

Apreciada señor Von-Geld,
Lamentablemente, It seems that DHC is less interested than we expect in fulfilling their side of the cooperation.
We hope this is a misconception and that this unacceptable state is changed fast because there are voices inside the Consejo de Asuntos Exteriores and also the Council of Elders that feel a lot less inclined to cooperate with DHC if you do not even take the time to talk to us in an acceptable time frame.
Let me be very clear: We lose little from cancelling all negotiations about a cooperation that has never even started to work for us en realidad.
On the contrary, you will lose plenty if you offend the Council and we come and visit your Omega operations again, regularmente. Perhaps you should take some time and spend it on paying the Council of Elders the respect they deserve because we are getting impatient and there is very little to be content about when looking at the performance of the DHC.
Respetuosamente,
Chino Ernesto Chavez

Elder Chavez,
that almost ultimatum-like tone is a surprise for us. Not only it takes time before a message from deep Omega regions reaches our sensors, but also it takes time to organize things you requested, in a concealed way, and prepare for a long and dangerous journey to your worlds.
We're working on your request, alongside other important issues in Rheinland, issues which will help your Empire. We'd appreciate if you understood the need for secrecy in our cause, given how big project we are discussing, and how important it is, for both our organizations.
