Cloak Disruptors have been updated. As a first iteration, they will fry cloaks for the same duration as the disruptor's cooldown. These values will be revised on the first cloak disruptor balance pass.

Ageira is the sole producer of those Superconductors. Their price in Rheinland is much higher because of the transportation & taxes and the exhange of the commodity between many hands.

Plus, embargo. We shouldn't forget about embargo and war between Liberty and Rheinland.

Lack of blueprints, I suppose(?). Ageira is a Sirian Monopolist, but I can't see a reason why Kishiro or Daumann wouldn't try the corporate espionage. On the other hand, seeing some Daumann/Kruger (or even MND) cells doing the espionage on Ageira would be pretty... Interesting.

Magnetic Supercondutors are an Ageira product. Ageira has dedicated facilities to build them and a really big lot of experience in the field. They're able to produce them for cheap.
Nuremberg is home to Military Facilities/Factories. Considering the Military is unable to transport these from Liberty to Rheinland, they decided to build the Magnetic Superconductors themselves, which means building or assigning factories to their creation. It's less effective, therefore the cost is increased.
But perhaps we love Harris too much, because that's the only place where you can find affordable Tungsten. Or maybe yet we love Bretonia too much, because that's the best place to get Plasmonics. Maybe we love Gallia too much as well, because that's the best place to buy Energy Field Equipment.

Also available on a few stations in Gallia for 350/unit. They are all in Berry.
Having three different locations, even if one of them is a bit more expensive, is much better than just one. Most of the other commodities have just one selling location (Plasmonics) or one cheap + several very expensive (Iridium and others).
