A tip from someone who used civilian shieldbusters out of sync with other weapons for a long time. A craft with the shields up is easier to aim at. Have your weapons grouped for shields with everything (the 600+750 speeds match fine enough for shields). Have another group without the shieldbusters for when you take down the shields. You won't need them in that situation anyway, it will save up your energy and you won't have aim problems.
