The texture-less planets are a compatibility issue between the pack files and discovery data.
The texture files may be just fine, but if the data in the discovery files doesn't match that data in the texture files (for example planet size) - you get this.
Not sure how to fix it, though.
It is possible to remove the incompatible textures from the pack. Then Discovery will load the regular textures.
So Devil don't go pointing fingers at people's hardware.
Seems nice, but i looks like you guys are somewhat overdoing it. Do mind my comment as negative one, looks amazing as graphics but still have you guys run it into mass fight? Something like more then 5 caps spamming mortars and all the guns which take the most out of visual resuce?

The reason I pointed it out is that some people had same problem and they set their settings to maximum and it got fixed
