Black screen flickering

So I got ingame after long time loged in played or a while, loged out got back and whenever I log back in weird black screen flickering happen. How can I fix this?

I had this happening under Windows 8.1. Using the windowed/fullscreen shortcut (ALT+ENTER for me) usually got rid of it.

... Now another problem I run game and simply cant click on anything?

Yeah that happens if you are running in Windowed, try to CTRL+ALT+DEL this will get rid of the freeze

I can ALT+F4 its not freeze everything runs fine I cant highlight anything ingame when I click ofc nothing happens. Far as I could figure out its absolutely random

I didn't tell you to ALT+F4, you had to CTRL+ALT+DEL (opening a sub menu) then press ESC and head back to the game. Using ALT+F4 will only close your game or not?
