You cannot uncloak and instantly attack someone, there must be a sufficient time for the player to respond to your attack. I watched you do it with my own very two eyes.

I did LOTS of proper RP some minutes before actual attack and warn them to surrender, they run silently instead , and destroyed civilian ship , and then i followed 3 nomad ships under cloak until i was in attack position , then i un-cloack and attack , check my comm logs .
I did proper RP , but i admit i fire right away after un-cloacking , because first time i warn them to stop they just run away , what i am suppose to do , to warn them for hours , and they just keep running away after warning , not even respond to my messages ?
