Does anyone can help me to understand how crusiers can stand against battleships? I know does mortars are equivalent of artillery and L. mortars ware able to help kite bs. Do not get me wrong but does this make mortars useless. In this case I think it will be fair to buff crusier torpedos (M. turret).

Because the Sea Serpent and the Scimitar are the size of VHFs.
That makes sense then. Didn't realize they were so big.

Condor Civilian Gunboat only has 1 heavy slot. Is this intended?
Will there be an intelligence faction ID to replace the Kempeitai that will turn into Exiles 2.0?
Or will the inRP Kempeitai agents just switch over to the Exiles ID and the KPT ID remains the same?
Just so you know, the majority of us in the current Kempeitai faction would like to remain loyal to the Republic, sadly.
Does this mean we will have to turn to the KSP, KNF ID or become a sub-faction in the more appropriate one?
What happens to the loyal KPT is described in here accurately:

We are aware that the current KPT decided to go a different route, but back in the day when the update was about to be released in theory (which was a few months ago) the respective representatives pursued a pro-imperial stance, both inRP and ooRP, which is the RP reflected in that particular change. It's actually not that far back - the last RP with @Frade was somewhere in November, iirc. While we understand that it might seem like we are ignoring your roleplay (and from a particular point of view that would be correct), but it has also to be understood that compiling and writing up an update takes a lot of time - and from a particular point of the process, things usually don't get changed because of the amount of time and effort that it takes to react on factions emerging. One example: The Exiles were about to be removed, if 343 hadn't made officialdom in time and provided a very active Playerbase. @"WPeregrine" was aware of the shift as well, as he was part of the process of deciding on it, so it might have been a miscommunication, for which I am sorry, and I am sure that everyone else involved is as well.
I assume that Hubert and you guys will be able to figure something out for a 'new' KPT faction in the KNF/KSP, and I am pretty sure that this would even provide for some interesting RP.
Did you change infocards on "buffed ships"?
Not only from this update, from pervious one too (cuz as I remember Ranseur and rest ship's infocards were old).

The Munster module in New Hampshire was destroyed shortly beforehand, but speculation on that was shelved by the governments, not looking to elongate the conflict further. Rheinland Military units have since withdrawn from there into Bremen, and each remain tensely at guard. In Hudson, however, citizens of both sides have made the terraforming project on Planet Atka an object of public kinship for the Houses. Nearly forgotten in the aftermath of fighting, Bering has become a graveyard of derelict ships and opportunistic bottomfeeders.
