Making 75% into 80% core

75% is enough to strongly discourage using those cells while still being useable in some cases. I think it's fine. If you -really- want to fly an unconventional loadout then put in the effort and get an SRP.

On a more serious not I think 75% is perfectly fine as it is, you got enough to punch through someone, you will just be a bit slower and have to manage your powercore better. I hit "Yes I would like 80%" mostly because using a Titan with Enfields would be a bit less painful. ;w;

75% is enough to be usable while giving a fair disadvantage. The only class that could use the 80% buff are bombers, which directly depend on the powercore and the -25% recharge is significant when it comes to dps. Even though come to think of it, even 80% wouldn't be enough so there's no reason to change anything at all.

Keep as is, as Haste said, you want 100% do the SRP. 75% gets you into the game with your loadout and something to work towards.
