Docking Modules

I am aware that the docking modules were disabled because they caused the infinite jump bug (correct me if I am wrong). But I wish to ask when are they going to be put back in to service ?

When I asked The Kitty like a month ago, The Kitty said they should be back in September. Not sure if it's still up to date
