For example, Lythrilux was never banned, but I would eat my hat if he'll become moderator.
I don't think pointing someone out like this is a good thing, We are no one to judge, Every do mistakes, we are human

It's not about individual actions, but more a consistent pattern of conduct and the 'feel' people have of what you're like. People will create that perception from your behaviour on the forum and in game, as well as how you interact with others outside the community on Skype and the like. All of it's relevant. Unfortunately, defining that 'feel' can be hard, so it's often difficult to put your finger on a precise, tangible reason someone is inappropriate for a role.

Pretty much what Jamie said. You guys have three ex members of staffs a opinions on what we looked for in a person. I hope these can be set as some sort of guidelines for what the staff are looking for. Applying for a staff position is quite hard since you don't know hat exactly you need to do. But hopefully that's changed a little.

Yes, keep that coming and there would be small chance for you to become moderator next time.

Blacklisted? Hmmm. I don't think anyone has ever been blacklisted. Normally, when I would see a list of applicants, I could pretty much write a percentage of them off for lack of experience, say they joined a few months ago. Next, I would cross off those that were known to me as immature or trollish. After that, I would eliminate the inevitable Karlotta alt that would show up, as well as other banned player's alts. Finally, those whom I felt were too biased, or too inactive to serve effectively would be removed from consideration. Of those remaining, I would present to the Staff and each Staff member would provide their own recommendations. Those applicants that received the most recommendations would be interviewed, and of those, the ones receiving the most votes would get the position.
If you want consideration, and have applied without success, post a Player Request for the Admins to give you things they would like to see from you in order to qualify.

Well, If I have to insult someone to be a moderator then I don't think that makes sense at all
