I request this sanction to be reversed and the fine refunded due to rule 1.1 of the Server Rules, reading:

as was pointed out here that the wording of the rule does not indicate or sets limitations to what degree of insults is allowed.
Community Rule 1.1 was quoted, which does cover materials but not language and when it comes to cover language, then written word within material posted.
Server Rule 1.1 covers the actual language used by players and should've been what's quoted.
As then was proceeded commenting about insults rather than the usage of language, the conclusion at hand is the sanction is aimed at the topic of actually insulting the other player - which never happened and is reason for me not going to roll with it.
In other words, and you may not like to hear that, I very well got what this sanction is for but it was issued the wrong way with the wrong quote and the wrong comment indicating a sanction about an incident that in this way never had happened.
Reverse this sanction and post a new one with the correct information. I won't even argue that one then, if it's actually done right.
We have rules and you broke them. Poorly attempting to justify you didn't will not work, especially by attempting to prove points with completely unrelated content. The admins don't care what the PEGI of TERA or Skyforge is.
You have been here for so long you cannot claim you do not know the rules. Perhaps they are not of your taste, but the rules are the rules and you will abide. You know very well your words are not words we want to see used on this game. Many community members manage to do very well without using words that fall into the red zone.
Imagine you meet a pirate. If you engage him as "pirate scum" instead of "you little f**ker", will the message be any different? No, but it's way less offensive and way less prone to be misinterpreted as a direct insult. Call it a carebear attitude if you want, but it saves everyone trouble.
Also, the reporter is not Scourgeclaw. If you manage to have someone uninvolved report you, don't you think you are doing something wrong? All alone you managed to score more violation reports than our tumbleweeds since you were unbanned.
There will be no sanction reversing and if you carry on with this demanding attitude towards the admins and don't clean up your act we will dispose of you. Consider yourself ultrawarned. Thread over.
