Outcast ID Suggestion

-1 imo, has too many problems. Should specify Liberty house space if nothing else considering outcasts also have allies in Kusari and are on reasonable terms with Bretonia.

It's not like they can no longer go to those places even in caps.

For Kusari, they have a wide selection of Tau-23, 29, Kepler, Galileo, Okinawa, or Sigma-13, more than enough that's close by.
For Bretonia, there's Newcastle (if an exception is added), Cortez, Inverness, Omega-3.....

I think it's not too much to ask to limit the ships they dock on Ainu or Trafalgar to snubs, gunboats and transports.

Should specify junker and quasi-lawful bases even, since no one will care that the lawfuls saw an outcast docking on a rogue or gc base.

Would those allies want foreign caps in their space though?

The one downside is no more Ranseur Megazord in NT. I think this is something that if implemented, should be trialled.

Why not just change the outcast ZOI? Stopping them from docking in house space won't stop them from just F1'ing in space and then logging in when people show up.

We want to stop stupid combat docking in bases they shouldn't dock at.

The Megazord was always docked in Alpha and flown to target areas in spectacular fashion.
Would not be affected.

And rouge bases too?

Niverton, Padua, Montezuma, Dawson, Fortaleza, San Quentin, Fort McMurray.
All of those are outside of sovereign house space.
Do Outcasts really need to be docking Stortas and Ranseurs on Alcatraz or Buffalo? I think not.
