We dont want to stop activity, man.
We want to stop stupid combat docking in bases they shouldn't dock at.

Change the combat docking rule so that the consequences are harsher, even if just in certain circumstances, like for capital ships doing it.

As Orange Treaty says, cardamine suppliers are welcome. Visitors in capital ships are not.

4.5.3. Outcasts are not allowed to bring vessels of gunboat class or heavier to Lane Hacker and Liberty Rogue controlled space.

- Cannot dock cruisers and battleships in sovereign house space

Can dock gunboats. Can dock fighters and bombers. Can dock 5kers full of cardamine.
It makes little sense inrp for Outcasts to be bringing huge warships (and docking them!) in regions they're supposed to have a lower key presence in.

see, I'm glad you specified warships, because most of your posts just specify "Outcasts" which isn't to terribly specific and makes me feel, after a quick read, that you want them all barred from landing rights which would encourage them to use the nearby Zoner bases and then we are going to end up in a Zoner FR5 thread instead of a Junker one

There's a reason the Orange Treaty exists; the problem is that it can't be enforced on indies-- even if said treaty had clauses including indies. There's just no way to flawlessly screen indie caps like that. This is why Rogues have the free reign to shoot OC indie caps in Liberty Territory; to stem this. Besides, without those caps, what else are Liberty gonna shoot?

On a semi-related note: I've been pushing for fixes to the OC ID for months now with basically 0 changes. I dunno, I guess ID modifications take months of discussion. Wouldn't know and couldn't say.
