I'm sure my name and language hint enough at who I am, so I'll skip that. For some time I have herd of "differences" between us, I cannot speak for people that have previously been in my position nor do intend to justify whatever relations they had with you. However, I approach your with a different purpose. From what I understand we some things in common, we both want to see those filthy Corsairs wiped from Sirius, we both dislike the Core and the Order. We both are in a somewhat "similar" situation with Bretonia. I'd like relations between us go from our current state to something along the lines of at least a temporary "alliance" perhaps. But before I go any further I'll wait to hear what you have to say.

There's probably something poetic to be said for the "Red Revolt" coming to contact the "Crimson Crusaders" in such a case as this. For no small amount of time, our the Nazione has been... distant from your peoples of Rheinland-- an unfortunate state of affairs conducted and applied by the failures that led before us-- Hopefully said state of affairs can be rectified here.
Neither Malta nor the Revolution can afford to lack allies-- and though your friends from the Coalition raise more than a few eyebrows-- if not causing direct hostility from my people-- looking past other's... "faults" lets call them, is a step towards accepting others as partners and associates.
The whole of the Cardinal's Quorum has looked over the situation and is willing to negotiate, if your terms for an agreement are admissible.
Don't disappoint me.

The Coalition as far as I am concerned has its own agenda, and It doesn't completely fall in line with what I have in mind. My first request would be for a ceasefire between us, that way we can focus on the real enemies in the Omicrons. Freital is in need of some slaves to be "liberated" and added to the revolution. In return the Hessians can move diamonds to your home Planet Malta as I hear they have quite some worth there. I understand you must have some laws in place for any outside group entering your portion of the Omicrons. So I'll await your response for now.
I'm sure a deal regarding the group that controls the flow of Diamonds from Rheinland is not very "Disappointing".

The Cardinals I've spoken to have given me the go-ahead for a cease-fire. Malta's borders will still be maintained but you may now think your lives considerably easier without the greatest warriors in all of Sirius prepared to gun you down. You're welcome.
As for your shipments, I do believe we can find use for your diamonds, and some arrangements can likely be made for a couple of my transport captains to make a detour with some of the laborers that are... more fit to be placed in your hands than in Malta's-- lets put it that way.
I'll be honest, I expected far more trouble coming from you Hessians. Color me surprised in the most liberal interpretation of the word that there's some rational thought emanating from your people's collective intelligence. Perhaps a further test of such attributes is in order; I'll have to think about it and get back to you.
Cause no trouble, things are looking up for you and your people.

Don't judge a book by its cover, I'm no Librealist but I will act in my Armee's best interests. If you wan't further positive attributes you could look into moving materials necessary for a docking ring to Viernhiem base in Omega-47, if you were to do so be discreet. Many things lurk in the Omegas that don't like Outcast blood and we will not be able to assist you in some of those "situations". In return we will provide compensation based on what you deliver.

You seem to be mistaking my warriors of truth for your personal equivalent of space-truckers. What hauling vessels we have are presently occupied in a much more significant matter. If it is truly supplies you wish for, there are by far more fitting assemblies of manpower to call upon.
Now, if the Armee wishes for assistance in a more martial capacity, this may be something we can arrange: A recent assault by the Corsairs into the Omicron Eta system, though thoroughly routed and trounced, has brought up renewed attention to the theatre of battle so long left to stagnate. While Malta's forces are more than enough to maintain our borders and even extend them, operations against the scum of Crete are looked upon favorably by Malta's own.
I've heard much in the way of the impressive martial prowess of the Hessian's soldiers, and would be interested to see if the Red Army still can maintain it's own and live up to such a reputation. Prove the that the fires of passion for warfare still burn within your people's halls and hearts, and this will go a long way to "mending the fence" as it were.

A joint operation in the Omicron Eta system, that I am only vaguely still familiar of, could only demand maybe somewhat less than a fleet depending on the corsair numbers. Given we are already fighting them quite immensely in the Omegas. I do not mistake what the outcasts are capable of in combat, however I'm also not going to ask of combat assistance from an enemy that -seems to have- reluctantly become an "enemy of my enemy" very recently per say... None the less I need to know just "what" corsair forces have moved into the system.

You misunderstand: the Eta border is secure, but a counter-offensive to the force they so rudely sent our way would be a fitting reprimand to the Cretan's arrogance. A counter-force of combined arms, Maltese and Hessian in origin would send more than their people limping and bleeding home: it would send a message. A message that both the Maltese and Armee's defenses are more than capable of protecting their respective homes. I'm not asking for much, nor am I asking for a full on-invasion. Instead, I merely ask that both our people do what they do best: removing the Cretan pilots from this plane of existence.
I understand that such a request is not taken lightly but I will need an answer sooner rather than later.
