I am sure that once you have spent some time behind the controls of a Guild ship, you will, in fact, find that being a member of GMG is more than just a job. Although I feel at risk of sounding overly dramatic, I am sure you will soon come to realise it is a way of life. We are fully prepared to provide you with what you need to become a contributing part of your new home.
Please report to Planet Miura for briefing and induction.

Relevant Experience or Education: Hauler
Notable Background: Born on New Tokyo, became a pilot, joined Kishiro and proceeded to fly for them for the next 20 years. Most of the jobs included hauling various goods across Sirius although I sometimes was an escort for a convoy and occasionally had a fight with the pirates. The pay was good and the risk wasn't too high, so there was no need for a change. Eventually, a new leadership took over Kishiro. They started treating their employees bad, cutting their wages and making them work more. I voluntarily left and now I'm looking for a fresh start.
Reason for Selecting GMG: Money
Division Choices: Trading, fighting

The Guild enjoys a strongly positive relationship with Kishiro Technologies, and we hope our partners are not experiencing problems with their business interests.
GMG is committed to the fair and equal treatment of its members, as well as opportunity for individual prosperity. I am sure you will find your new home to be highly satisfactory.

Age: 31 or 32, I've lost track of when I was born. I hope it is no issue?
Relevant Experience or Education: I was the second best janitor for the Hellfire Legion in Vespucci (beaten only by the night shift guy on America). I also have experience in escort squadrons and other assorted mercenary work such as but not limited to shooting Communist Capital Ships in Omega-52.
Notable Background: Born on planet Denver, Colorado, Liberty. Then there were 20 or so years of boring stuff I can't be bothered to mention. I got indoctrinated into the Hellfire Legion and started working as one of their janitors on America. After maybe a year or two of boring work my fate changed - I became a disposable repair ship pilot, eventually joined their fighter squadron as a Private First Class, left the Legion and became a mercenary, got the communists of Omega-52 angry, helped shoot down their capital ship and then decided to settle in Omicron Theta's Freeport to drink my merc money. I indeed kept my intentions and drank it all, applied for a job as a janitor, got rejected, sold my ship, drank some more for another few months and now I'm here. I hope you liked this tour of my personal history.
Reason for Selecting GMG: I'm stranded on Freeport 9 with no money and you are the closest corporation that I haven't pissed off. I have also heard freight work is relaxing.
Division Choices: freight, janitorial work, shooting at reds

And maybe one more or two tempbans for breaking forum rules and trolling.
Previous faction experience: Lead AGS-U to it's downfall, was part of [HF], [RM], briefly in [LN], some time in [UC], LR-, was a Reaver for a week, [RF], some OSC|, some |IDF, =CR=. I think that's enough?
Relevant Experience or Education: I have basic pilotage skills for freighter-class vessels and basic education.
Notable Background: There is nothing much to be written, as I had no previous job experience, aside of doing various shipments via freighter as an unassociated freelance pilot. I mostly dealt with garbage and waste dislocation from Liberty into Rheinland. As for private life, I am son of deceased William Culley and Julia Culley - with latter I am officially residing on Planet Los Angeles in California System.
Reason for Selecting GMG: There is all but one reason: I'm poor.
Division Choices: Shipping.

Tsubasa was once a well known figure in Kusari and captain of the Kusari Football Team. His nickname was "the Heaven-sent Child of Football".
Ever since he was a child, and throughout his playing career, he got the teams he played in win every league and cup they participated in. Before him, kusari football was a joke, and with him they had reached the pinnacle of the sport.
In 816 Sirius Cup played in Bretonia, they even took the cup to Kusari, managing to win again after 84 years.
With this victory, Captain Tsubasa and his team mates were declared national heroes, and even a statue of him was planned to be raised in his honor on Planet Kyushu, where he was born.
But this victory was very short lived. In two weeks after the competition, when Kusari was still intoxicated with their long overdue victory, the Sirius Cup Fairplay Association released the results of Tsubasa's blood tests.
It was found out that he had used performance increasing drugs before the final match. Tsubasa was injured and it was thought he could not play in the match, but he entered the game in the extra time while his team were losing. He could, surprisingly, manage to score 14 goals in 3 minutes, one in his own team's net, and had therefore guaranteed the victory for Kusari side.
SCFA's declaration created an outrage throughout Kusari, peasants in Kyushu started yet another rebellion, the GC forgot to put on make up for days, and the Blood Dragons almost forgot to think and speak only of honor.
The Cup was taken from Kusari, and to add insult to injury, it was handed to Bretonia, which at the time were their main competitors in every way. Captain Tsubasa was penalized, suspended from playing in any sirius wide competitions, his medals were taken from him, and he had to pay quite a large sum of credits.
In a mere few days, he was transformed from being their national hero, to being the number one hated man in the whole country. Nobody would talk to him, everyone would shame him and shout at him all kinds of naughty words. Children would spit and throw stones at him on the streets, his wife had left him for a team mate. Some people even dared him to commit seppuku after this disgrace. Nation's ministers gathered together and gave a formal request to the Emperor to exile this man from Kusari.
Not being allowed to play for any team, Tsubasa soon declared that he decided to end his career early.
That did not work out for him either, as nobody in Kusari would give him a job after this. People would even chase him away from shops with sticks. Most of his wealth had dried up, especially after the penalty he had to pay for. His luxury manor was burnt down by a gathering of hooligans, who were given medals of honor for their outstanding services for Kusari. And for years, Tsubasa lived the life of a vagrant, grew a fondness for alcohol and cursing, and sleeping under the starry sky.
When he was refused by the stray cats in the last park of Tokyo, driven away from their territory too, he finally decided that it's time to start a new life somewhere else. He found an old shuttle in the ruins of his old manor, and made his way quickly out of Kusari, being chased by a wing of police who mistook him for a smuggler.
Reason for Selecting GMG: Food.
Division Choices: Anywhere.

We have no shortage of transports, or the ships used to defend them, in need of capable pilots. A ship will arrive at Freeport 9 to pick you up at 0900 tomorrow, and take you to Planet Miura for your induction to The Guild.
Please ensure you are present.
Mr. Tsubasa,
Despite your downturn in fortunes, The Guild is not unfamiliar to those wishing to build a fresh start, and welcomes those who may have talents to offer, but no manner to express them. Please proceed to Planet Miura as soon as possible.
Should it be unsafe for you to make your own way to Guild space, a ship will be available to offer secure transport.

EDIT: I apologize for this, but the war that broke out is putting my home system in danger, which leads me to retract this recruitment attempt.
Seeing as our forces have been outgunned, all my fighting efforts must be put towards defending and maintaining the safety of all people living, and passing through, Liberty.
I hope that you do not see this as me abandoning my fellow miners/traders, I will always be a trader and will still proudly fly my Kaichou, respecting and defending the protocols of the Gas Miners Guild. Please feel free to ask for my help whenever and however it may be needed.
Best of luck,
Morvo
Greetings,
Name: Morvo
Age: 27
Relevant Experience or Education: Passed Flight and Space Protocol School with flying colors.
Notable Background: Started my life in space as a Helium miner. Bought myself a Sunburst and made my first couple of millions in the first day of work. After about a week I ended up getting an Eagle, so I could defend myself and others, and the Serenity, the ship that allowed me to make enough money to start thinking about the next step. With the Serenity I've traveled several times between Pennsylvania and Okinawa, mining and transporting Helium/Helium-3.
Reason for Selecting GMG: Although I still enjoy my usual trading runs and casual fights with the "bad guys", I feel like it's time to invest more on helping defend the fellow miners and traders. I always dock on the Iejima Station to buy Helium-3. One of these days I greeted a miner and a transport while I was mining Helium in Pennsylvania and ended up grouping with them to go to Okinawa. They were both very helpful. Unfortunately we never felt safe and I've been thinking ever since that I'd love to help miners and traders feel safer during their job. GMG seemed the perfect choice for me.
Division Choices: Paramilitary, I own the GMG Bomber.
