I bid my welcomes to you, good sirs.
I will get straight to the point. Today our security has detected a Rheinland cruiser in Sigma-13 under the callsign RNC Aachen. Not believing what we were seeing, we asked it to state it's intentions and then leave the area. We informed it's captain several times that he is breaching the terms of the convention between Rheinland and the GMG. The cruiser remained in the area, insisting to "hunt down pirates" and as such we were forced to begin looking for it. Before we got to it, an ion storm hit the area and the cruiser left in the confusion.
It is indeed a tragic sight that even after the atrocities of the Eighty Years War the Rheinland Military dishonours our treaty and sends it's armed capital ships to Sigma-13, almost as if trying to light the conflict up again.
I may be wrong however and this may be a mistake. This is why we have decided to inform you of this. The cruiser RNC Aachen is unlawfully remaining in a system it should never enter. Please take care of this matter or we will be forced to attack the vessel when it is encountered the next time.
Please respond urgently. We need to know where we stand on this.
Signed, Tao Shikoyu, Head of GMG Public Relations and Diplomacy

"Aachen"? I shall make it clear that his fool of a ship is not one of Rheinlands official Cruiser Class Vessels, but a fake attempting to cause trouble, even if his intensions were good. An order shall be sent reminding these independent Rheinland pilots that Sigma 13 is off limits, along with anything else outside our Rheinland jurisdiction. The pirate problem within the Sigma's is something the GMG and any other authorized pilot will have to deal with him or herself, Rheinland will not be interfering.
Oh, and another note, Shikoyu. If this Cruiser is seen within Sigma 13 again, you won't be the only one firing on him.

Thank you for the swift response. We will brand this ship as an imposter from now on and treat it as a hostile force unassociated with the Rheinland Military if encountered in Sigma-13 ever again. We will also take care to inform the Rheinland admiralty of any sort of tresspassing done by impersonators so that you may deal with them appropriately.
The Gas Miners Guild looks not towards terminating the treaty of the Eighty Years War in a hostile manner. We will be using this channel for further urgent communications if you do not mind.
Thank you and good luck.

Good livings,
To members of the Rheinland Military I send this message carrying the upmost respect. Today I have recieved more reports of Rheinland Military(Independent) vessels entering Sigma-13. Now one of these ships were shoot down by our patrols. I apologize ahead of time if this caused any tension to rise between us. It is in my opinion any military identified ship located in GMG controlled space is considered an imposter attempting to spark conflict. Therefore all security officers have been ordered to be on the look out for these imposters. Now if the ranking of the military are willing to vouch for these vessels, and take responsibility for their actions. We will proceed with less drastic measures of approach. Now I do not want my pilots having to worry about a rheinland cruiser rolling into Sigma-13 while on patrol everyday. Is there any other measures you would like to take towards the GMG or these vessels?
