Hola. I take you know who's contacting you, so I'll jump right to business. As recent structural changes to my squadron caused severe cuts in personnel, it's inevitable that we've to reach out for suitable replacements that'll assist us in sustaining our R/D-Department. Your name's on top of that list, but don't let this lead you to the belief your participation is stringently required. However, I'd advise you care for your spot with our endeavours as we definitely can provide endless possibilities to your scientists to expand their horizons or focus on their own projects. Aside our more general offer we've an actual request towards you. The Dies Irea, squadrons flagship for decades now and multiple times brought up to newest level by our standards, is to receive a complete replacement of its components and design. The initial hull will stay, though only to serve as base frame to work from there on. It's your task to create the concept and to develop, in cooperation with our scientists, the parts needed to cope with the requirements listed we'll have you know once you're set up to kick off your efforts. Our engineers will handle assembling and construction. As for compensation coming into question, access to our laboratories should suffice. If you feel a need though to share your own proposal, consider this is a onetime offer and your consent will be final.
For power. For Ishmael. For the Ghosts.
Salutes.

Good day Miss Casta -
While I've most definitely heard of you, I don't believe our two organizations have ever had the pleasure of communicating with eachother. I'm pleased that circumstances have finally enabled such t' happen. Given your desire t' jump right t' business, I'll follow suit.
Your offer is intriguing t' say the least. Vessel overhauls and retrofits are indeed but a portion of what the IRG works on, and we have a very proficient team that handles such requests. Though your message leaves much t' be explained. I'm assume then that such details will not be provided until after an agreement has been reached. Of course this puts us into a rather delicate situation of agreeing t' a project without knowing fully what is expected. As I mentioned, I am intrigued but would require more details. Especially towards the latter part of your communication, where you mention compensation in the form of access t' your laboratories. This leads me t' believe that the proposal provided is but the tip of the iceberg so t' speak.
Before we accept, I would like t' request more information regarding this and future proposals if I may. Namely, will our partnership extend only with the 101st, or other organizations within the Maltese? What future projects are you requesting the IRG's resources on, or is such a partnership more open ended should a project require our assistance? Will the scientists from the IRG be quarantined t' your laboratories, or are they free t' leave at their discretion if bandwidth allows? How extensive will our access be in said laboratories?
I appreciate you taking the time t' provide us with more details in order for us t' make a more informed decision. Until then, safe skies.
Hola. To clear the desk I'll start with stating that this is strictly between the Ghosts and the Ingenuus Group. Our combined endeavours will beneficially affect the majority of Ishmaels citizens at later stages, but there's no other participant involved besides us and those we select to invite. Which, in your case, will require our final permission as you're going to work within sealed off installations run under my command. Besides the complete overhaul of the Dies Irae, which is your first direct task, there's, as you figured out, way more on the line waiting to get addressed. Given the type of your involvement, you'll have full access to the laboratories, the industrial factories, the commcerce decks, the biodrome and the city as a whole including the surrounding compound. The whole complex is under overwatch and you'll have to abide by our security standards, especially when it comes to entry and leaving, but otherwise there's no restrictions on your ability to move around within it. This of course excludes the military decks and the armoury. Our request and proposal to've the Ingenuus on board comes in mixed colours actually. We'd like you to establish a permanent presence to conduct business on an ongoing basis as well as your other resources on stand-by and available when the need arises. A great part of the continuous endeavours evolves around the actual enhancement of social and industrial infrastructure on Ishmael. Nacion has far too long ignored the needs that come with an actual economic power. The way the majority of the people on maltese territory are living, are treatened and have to suffer from one day to the next, the absolute disregard our culture shows towards their misery and the unwillingness of the governing syndicates and cartels to change anything with the current situation as it'll drastically reduce their influence are reason enough to finally put this to an end if we want Nacion to rise beyond its agricultural status it's, for its most parts, still in. We've contacted the Junker Congress already to provide a literally endless supply of any material possibly ever needed.
You'll be in for way more than just a few projects, you'll be in to actually revolutionize maltese living standards and maltese industry. Quite a few otherwise well known procedures, methods, machines, processes and mechanisms need adaption to the maltese environment. You'll get involved into landscape and city planning, social planning and living standard optimization. Add to all of this the theoretical research you'll conduct with what's left of Ghosts R/D-department as well as the projects your scientists wish to conduct for their own and you get closer to the overall picture. We'll talk about the earlier mentioned security standards once you signed. Don't hestitate to request more information if needed and we'll provide.
For power. For Ishmael. For the Ghosts.
Salutes.

Good evening Miss Casta -
I appreciate your response and addressing some of our concerns and questions. Indeed as I expected, this is a quite broader and larger in scale than your initial message indicated. This will of course have t' be discussed within the higher echelons of the IRG.
I would though like t' request more information from you, regarding later endeavors that you mentioned that are quite grandiose in nature. T' create changes and impact an entire nation's social, industrial, and economical infrastructure is quite a feat. Obviously I am aware that is not solely on our shoulders t' bear, but as we will have a part in such a transformation, as well as permanent presence, there are numerous avenues t' consider.
For starters, you mentioned in your original comm t' us that compensation will be in the form of access t' your laboratories. Forgive my bluntness Mrs. Casta, but that simply will not suffice, given the nature of what you have planned, as well as requesting that the IRG have a permanent presence there. But that begs the questions of, will our scientists be on the Ghosts payroll, or will the Ghosts instead make a monthly payment t' us, at which time we will distribute salaries t' our team there? How big are you wanting such a team t' reside within your Laboratories? Will housing be provided for those who will reside permanently there? What about Maltese citizenship, or will our teams be provided with permanent visas? And will preparations be made for our team that do not use nor are adjusted t' Cardamine, including who do not wish t' succumb t' that lifestyle should they wish t' leave Maltese space at some point?
Forgive the influx of questions, but with such an increase in scope, that also increases the finer details that will need t' be addressed before we can give a yes or no answer t' you. I hope you understand, and I look forward t' seeing how this all plays out, and how the IRG can help benefit your great Nacion in the years t' come.
