Good Evening, Interspace Commerce representative,
My name is Evangeline Webb, the docking master of Nebula Complexfor Science and Technology, a freelancer installation 10k south Birmingham Station at Manchester system. I am assigned by Sir Simon Sorrell, the chief executive officer of Nebula Complex, to contact your corporation about transporting important materials required for upgrading our Phase (A) section of Nebula Complex. Our engineers are concerned and worried about the quality of robotics offered around so we decided to contact your corporations since it is one of the most famous inter-space business corporations. The ongoing constructions require the movement of 30,000 Robotic Hardware from Planet Los Angeles in California system to the Nebula Complex at Manchester system. As the docking master, i would like to offer 1,750 credits for each piece moved to the complex. I understand that Planet Los Angeles offers Robotic Hardware for 250 credits per piece. The price that we are offering will make a net profit of 1,500 credits per piece for the transporters. I hope this will be a satisfying price for the short trip from California system to Manchester system. I will wait your answer on this channel as soon as possible, and I was ordered to reach you the greetings of Sir Simon Sorrell and his apology for not being able to participate in this conference because he is extremely busy with the incoming projects of the complex. Have a good evening.

Good Evening, Chairman Jason Kelly,
First of all, it's Evangeline, and thank you for the fast, short and brief reply. We are glad that your corporation accept our terms. I gave the orders to add the IC| Badge to our docking database. Your respected transporters can start moving the requested materials from now on. We also would like to request a documentation proof for every shipment delivered to the complex with time stamps. These documents are very important for our database. Thank you again and have a good evening sir.
Sorry for not addressing you correctly. However, it’s either Mr. Chairman if, and only if, you are addressing me in my function as Chairman of the Bord of Directors at Interspace Commerce or simply Mr. Kelly. I don’t tend to go on first name basis with people I only talk to over com.
That being said, if you appreciated my swift reply, you will prize our even swifter deliveries. I did send a ship to help you out with your request and just got word the last load was just delivered. We did notice that the particular project needed more than 30’000 units of Robotic Hardware, but we didn’t want to impede your planing.
Best regards
Jason Kelly
Chairman of Interspace Commerce

Good Evening, Mr Kelly, Chairman of Interspace Commerce,
It's me again, Ms Webb and i would like to apologize for my wrong usage to terms while addressing your respected corporation. I hope that nothing bad happened Mr Chairman. I would like to inform you that we are not looking for one or two contracts, but we are looking forward for a long term business with Interspace Commerce. I would like you to rest assured that the prizes and bonuses will not really be the issue, because our next contracts will bring good amount of profits to Interspace Commerce already. The time will show you that our business is much and will bring profits worth much more than bonuses and rewards for fast deliveries. In fact, fast deliveries is reflecting your reputation as a corporation so i believe it's the nature of the corporation which is something that do not require bonuses, but this doesn't mean that we do not offer bonuses and rewards every now and then depending on the evaluation of our board members to your and others business and services. I would like also to assure for you that we have a professional team working on the complex plans, so we understand and mean exactly every amounts we require. We are aware that the complex require more of this material but i want you to understand that we are clients for an incredible amount of companies and corporations, so your respected transporters are not the only ones supplying our projects. I will contact your respected office again very soon for more contracts if you are still interested. Have a good Evening Mr Chairman.
As for future contracts, we at Interspace Commerce have ample experience with supplying and building modular bases and so far you’ve had but one ship tasked to our contract. We’ll keep monitoring this frequency, so if your company is in need of more supplies, just drop us a line as it were.
Oh and one last thing: Unless you consider yourself the Board of Directors of Interspace Commerce simply “Mr. Kelly” will do just fine, there’s no reason to be overly formal
Best regards
Jason Kelly
Chairman of Interspace Commerce
Thank you for reconsidering Interspace Commerce for your logistic needs. We’ve taken the liberty of delivering the requested amount at our earlyest convenience, because, frankly, amounts like these, are not worth retasking any company assets. To be perfectly truthful, a student pilot had his first intersystem flight on this contract.
Judging from the materials you seems to be still waiting for, you might want to consider Interspace Commerce to help you out on those too. I don’t want to talk down our competition, but I do think our deeds do speak for themselves.
Best regards
Jason Kelly
Chairman of Interspace Commerce
First of all, i would like to thank your pilot for delivering these materials, and thank your corporation for the high quality manifest and shipments. The last transmission you sent was not understood from our side very clearly so we would like to ask you a question that would fix this confusion that we currently have. The question is, does your corporation find amounts like 20.000 as small amounts? and require much bigger amounts so the contract would be considered as worth retasking your company assets? I will wait your reply as soon as possible and accordingly we will try our best to make you feel satisfied with our business. Have a good evening Mr Kelly.
The simple fact is, that unless you are involving Interspace Commerce in a more substantial way, you cannot expect the flagships of Interspace Commerce and our best pilots to deliver your goods. Due to the geographic proximity of our pilot training program in Liberty, those assets were used in your latest deliveries.
As for the discussion about the size, yes 20’000 cargounits over two well-connected systems is a very small contract. Meaning, that it’s not worth retasking any ship that isn’t immediately available, in need of detouring or even dead-heading from another colony. The same amount from another system, e.g Xenobiotic Filters from the Hudson system might already warrant the retasking company assets - depending on the details of the contract.
However, since you’re happy with our service. I don’t see any reason to not give our pilots-in-training a chance to do something more practical.
In conclusion: If you keep asking for these kind of amounts from nearby systems, we keep delivering them with training-ships and pilots-in-training.
Best regards
Jason Kelly
