3.3 OOC (Out of Character) chat and behavior in Local/System Chat
3.6 Attacking without Roleplay
4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, that character/ship does not re-enter the same system for 2 hours
4.4 Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules

The above is but a short list that you have gathered over the last month. I kept my eye on you since you were a new player and I tried to do my best to help you - same as the other players around you also tried. Instead of reconsidering your current actions on the server, you kept on going on a spree of very poor choices - including making a forum account to appeal your latest sanction and hoping that no Romanian community member would not point out your choice of name.
Your appeal was also completely off. Not only that, but when I specifically contacted you ingame about it (since you just created a different character to continue your nonsense) and explained the situation, you decided to ignore it.
Judging from your latest escapades regarding borrowing money, it is obvious that you have no desire to learn from your mistakes and there is only this much leeway we can give to new players.
I have chosen to ban your accounts for the time being so that you have no choice but to check our server rules and post your appeal properly this time.
Please take your time to consider what has lead you to this situation and what will your next course of action should be.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Appeal Thread linked above. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the appeal thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
