Greetings Chief, and police officers.

I'm here to report a recent event and to ask you for a favor. Since I'm the Captain of the First Fleet, I do my gymnastics in the morning and in my ship near planet Manhattan (I simply enjoy the view). But with that view I'm able to see situations that I don't like in the morning, such as smuggling. I can't run around planets surface, simply it is to big for me and I can't do this Republic any good if I can't stop a single smuggler. I'm requesting assistance from Police force and I want you to cut his docking rights. Also, warrant arrest would be nice.

I don't know what kind of crazy person does their gymnastics in space and in a small ship as that too but I guess if that's your thing, enjoy or whatever. Reduces your reaction time as seen on that recording.
