I came across a fascinating little installation that seems to have mysteriously parked itself right outside Wichita, named Sydney Station. Upon arriving to said bundle of blocks, I noticed an "FL-ER" designated transport leaving the area. So, I proceeded to question it.

[19.10.2016 07:31:17] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: How did this happen? Why didn't the sensor pick it up?
[19.10.2016 07:31:34] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: <:: Ionic interference most likely occurred. The system is known for its background radiation. ::>
[19.10.2016 07:31:38] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: You - FL-ER.
[19.10.2016 07:32:38] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Explain this.
[19.10.2016 07:32:53] [FL-ER]Dragon-II: Gibbs: What am I explaining
[19.10.2016 07:32:57] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: This station.
[19.10.2016 07:33:27] [FL-ER]Dragon-II: Gibbs: Not sure if I'm honest
[19.10.2016 07:33:47] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Not sure? So, why have we been observing anomalous traces of active vessels in the area, or better yet
[19.10.2016 07:33:52] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Why did I just see you fly away?
[19.10.2016 07:34:21] [FL-ER]Dragon-II: Gibbs: I'm not one to turn down a business opportunity, not sure of it's purpose though, I don't ask too many questions
[19.10.2016 07:35:28] [FL-ER]Dragon-II: Gibbs: On that note, I have business to get to
[19.10.2016 07:35:35] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: One.
[19.10.2016 07:35:46] [FL-ER]Dragon-II: Gibbs: One what?
[19.10.2016 07:35:48] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Who is this contract with?
[19.10.2016 07:36:37] [FL-ER]Dragon-II: Gibbs: It is a private contract between myself as a Freelancer and a third party
[19.10.2016 07:36:51] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: I'm going to have to ask you to stop the deal.
[19.10.2016 07:36:59] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Partcularly you get in trouble with the locals.
[19.10.2016 07:37:29] [FL-ER]Dragon-II: Gibbs: On what grounds
[19.10.2016 07:37:51] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: If not, you'll probably get forced out, and your work going to waste. Or maybe the owner will outright stop business.
[19.10.2016 07:37:54] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: Who knows.
[19.10.2016 07:38:02] A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith: Raven: This is an illegal installation, that's all I know and care for.
I gave this little courier a reminder as to why they should cease and desist, but unfortunately they failed to provide answers. I haven't heard any word of it being legal or what not. Of course, you can understand why we're alarmed. Honestly, I'm alarmed too. I apologise for being rash in this conversation but seeing a whole installation suddenly appearing whilst I rest is very alarming.
This informationis very disconcerting. The individual who owns the base, a Mick Dundee, applied for citizenship four days ago and a construction permit less than 24 hours ago, yet it seems he went ahead and set up the installation without prior authorization.
The Commonwealth have given us full reign over how to handle the situation, and that's their way of saying they want something dead. We're going to do something slightly different, however.
The base is lightly defended enough to be dealt with by one warship. We'll arrive in the Ven'Gyr spoofing a Maltese transponder, during which time I'd like to request your help in evacuating the base's populace. The installation is destroyed, the crew makes it out alive, and the Outcasts are to blame. Then the Commonwealth can see about accepting his permit.
We'll arrange a time for the siege in person. Meet me tonight at America Freeport.
Got it. We'll be there. Though, I'm a little skeptical about that, what if they have a scout that'll see the vessels loitering around in Commonwealth space?
Or maybe I'm just being paranoid, but I'll be there regardless. See you there.
