There's a separate report regarding this already. 'This' being the matter of Hemlock's defection and ties to the Order as an Agent. Refer to the previous report for previous information, this one will contain any new updates that were documented.
In my attempt to achieve my objective of either recovering or destroying the Shamrock Bay, I found an alternative means to do so. When the opportunity presented itself, I took a sibling of a Colonel in the 72nd Maltese Navy. The Colonel being 'Maria Cortez'. I am unfamiliar with what her sister's name is. A friend of Miss Cortez called 'Roarke' managed to strike a bargain with me and handed over the information he had collected from working directly with the order, in exchange they demanded I release Miss Cortez's sister. Which I did promptly after I checked these files myself. The files contain ample, very well documented findings on hybridized nomad weaponry as well as the location of a Nomad city hidden away in Omicron Iota. I have archived these files in the necessary database for future research and operations. The 72nd fleet immediately declared me one of their enemies and has not changed their stance on me thus far, though this means very little. Returning to the subject of the Shamrock Bay, the latest update I have is that it's being retrofitted on Sicca shipyard, now dubbed 'Thunder Bay'.
A pilot, call-sign 'Nemesis' was hanging around West Point and talking to Admiral Alan Jones, who soon revealed they were working undercover for Jones' predecessor Hale. Once we got the record straight I accompanied this 'Nemesis' character to Manhattan where they took me to what seemed like their personal safe-house, which by the time you're done reading this will be burned to the ground, I swear they did that not me. No pointing fingers. This operative later revealed to be 'Megan Xei' of 404. And provided me with a duplicate disc of her operations which Hale had sent her on. Once I acquired the disc, I reported it to Admiral Jones, who told me to document it here. I have archived the disc along with other important files on the database.
Lieutenant Commander Reeves, over and out.

Under acts taken on my own independence and in full interest to the Republic and her people as well as goals, I have attended two un-documented meetings with Auxesian personnel. The first purely being a meet and greet to ensure formalities, the second being a more productive conversation and diplomatic hearing.
As of now, I have personally appointed myself to handle diplomatic relation and negotiation between the Republic and the Battlegroup, to ensure arbitrary, fair and just judgement on matters that need it.
The end of this meeting has revealed two things.
The most important thing being that although the Battlegroup relies on Legion owned shipyards, they are not in fact a fighting force for the same against Liberty. Internal elements in the Legion have indeed lead to its horrid image, these elements being Task Force Gladius that would be actively hunted by both the Battlegroup as well as Legion forces. The Commonwealth does not have to be seen as an incriminating link to the Auxesian Battlegroup, for no sides have been picked. The Battlegroup promotes the safety of the Republic's people while not taking sides with internal elements, merely repelling external threats and pursuing advances in technology.
The second being research and information that could prove critical to repelling a rise of both foreign and infested incursions. It's no mystery that betrayals and numerous defectors have left our technological race against the Royalist movement bleak, at best.
In my next report I relay to this terminal, I will enclose all necessary files into hybridized weaponry as well as several other technological research projects, courtesy of the good-will of the Battlegroup.
In return, I ask that all armed forces of the Republic, hold fire and hostilities until a conclusion to this diplomatic hearing can be reached. I have personally worked very hard to attain the Republic the technology it desperately needs to secure her borders and protect her people and would rather not see it squandered over matters of opinion.
More will follow.
Commander Reeves, over and out.

In the aftermath of the incursion into Major, I returned to Liberty, but was contacted by an Order operative who had survived the engagement. They wished to meet in California, where they were identified to be Colonel Jeremy Hunter of the Order Overwatch. They had survived the engagement, and had taken an anomaly that lead them back to Liberty space.
We conversed for a time, where Colonel Hunter expressed his wish for Liberty to side with the Order against the Nomad threat. While I'm aware of the NAP with the Order, and their continued monitoring of Liberty space is beneficial for both sides, siding with the Order against this threat could help to defeat the growing menace that half the Liberty Armed Forces was just traumatized by.
If we're to get an upper hand in this fight, and save our own people at the same time, we need to consider that the Order isn't all what we claim they are. They have proven on many occasions that they not only get things done, but minimize civilian casualties as well, sometimes nullifying the threat of them outright. They've also shown that they are committed to this fight, and are more than ready to do what they can to end the threat once and for all.
Colonel Hunter informed me that the object we saw in Major may very well have been the same that laid siege to Planet Toledo. The 'Planetkiller', as it was dubbed, is massive in scale, and holds the power to destroy an entire planet at will. This new threat must be dealt with, or I fear we risk losing many of our homes to the Nomad threat. If we cooperate with the Order against this 'Planetkiller', we may be able to exterminate this threat entirely and focus on the main threat from Gallia.
Colonel Hunter has also requested that Fleet Admiral Jones contact him via Neural Net communications. I will assume this is to make certain items clear, and to perhaps disclose information that was not presented to me.
In the past few days, the Primary had received word from a Golden Chrysanthemum pilot whose ship had been engaged by the secondary fleet battlecruiser L.N.S. Apophis. While the law doesn't see the GC as criminals, Captain Lars decided to forego this fact, and engage the ship regardless.
After conversing with him about the incident, his attitude seemed set, and short while into the talk, he began to bark nonsense about the First Fleet consisting of infectees. While I'm passing this off as pure bologna, it does raise the question as to who exactly we are allowing to captain the Secondary fleet's vessels.
Several days later, I received word from a Liberty Police officer who informed me that Captain Lars had been agitating again. While the report was unclear, it was stated that he ordered his men to fire upon another secondary fleet pilot, twice. While I'm aware of combat training sims, this wasn't one, as the Officer put clearly in his message. I will continue to look into this situation, and should matters continue to degrade, we may need to take swift action before Lars can make another detrimental move.
Commander Kingston, signing off.

COMM ID:Captain DEGRANGE, Elisabeth TARGET ID:Lieutenant Avery Reeves SUBJECT: ------ ENCRYPTION:ESRD ALPHA PRIORITY:HIGH
Greetings Reeves.
We have dealt with Battlegroup Auxesia before and this is anything but the first time they've been brought on our table. Taking think a bit further into perspective, the then-Fleet Admiral Fieldson authorized for the ESRD to keep track of their activities through un-documented meetings. And such meetings started taking place sometime in late December 822 or January 823. Apart from their involvement and support the Hellfire Legion, whatever and whatnot task force, there have been many more charges on them. Even if that was an act of despair it does not justify their acts and assault on law enforcement-entities the slightest. They prefer the "vigilante way" of dealing arbitrarily with justice. And indeed they have been also taking part on critical research regarding nomad materials and so on. We have dealt with them before and what your battlegroup auxesia is bringing is nothing new and nothing of use to us. And further more have caused nothing but stress and difficulties for and between our forces.
Betrayals, defectors, we hear such rumors everyday. Liberty has never depended on a single bunch of eggheads and it never will. I'm pretty sure you'd be aware of how such is conducted in the Republic, and as we speak hybridized weaponry is nothing new and new technological advancements are worked on everyday. We've gained a reputation for that.
If they're still interested in achieving at least a ceasefire, here's a couple of conditions from the republic; Perhaps they can consider, returning us our ship back, along with every traitor from the Liberty navy and other law-enforcement branches that are currently part of their organization, pay for the damage caused, agree to fight for the Republic under the Bounty Board contracts against hostiles and especially the Hellfire Legion, as well as surrender their leaders to the Republic to undergo justice for everything they have done. Joshua Hunt may believe in Redemption, but the Republic believes in responsibility.
What I see you've been caught on is the old tricks of theirs. The Department of Defense has not let out that notice for no reason and in fact it is for a good reason. They stole our shit. Shot our ships. Disobeyed orders. And we'll obliterate them whenever and wherever we get the chance. I would advise you better have a look at that Department of Defense notice again now and see what it's about. Especially within Sovereign Liberty Space. Nothing good will come though working with them and even considering them worthy of sympathy or mercy would be a political suicide.
Good luck Commander Reeves and good work out there.
Commander DeGrange, over and out.

My initial report as an Agent of the ESRD has ties to the most previous departure, the former Lieutenant Commander 'Paragon' Reeves and a scrap collector. The scrapper apparantly approched the now-Agent Reeves regarding assistance in a matter of a friend's suicide. This, however, is where the ESRD come into play. The scrapper claims he and his collegue was within the system of 'Kansas' when then encountered a damaged warp gate of unknown, and non-human, origin. The scrap-collecting pair activated the still-functioning gate, and was transported to a unknown location, where they were faced with K'Hara vessels. Not much is known after this, as the scrap collector seemed very distraught, and showed signs of traumatic stress. Below is the attached files of the conversation.
[25.09.2016 05:35:08] Avery.Reeves:404: Manhattan, now. [25.09.2016 05:36:09] ScrapFinch: Snell: Background radiation my exhaust pipes, I felt them. Nomads. The only time a vessel's managed to scare me. [25.09.2016 05:36:20] Avery.Reeves:404: Target right in front of me stumbled upon the gate in Kansas, advise you take them in for questioning.
[25.09.2016 05:36:42] Avery.Reeves:404: You realize how all this sounds, don't you? [25.09.2016 05:36:53] ScrapFinch: Snell: Yes, I do. This isn't normal for me, or anyone.
[25.09.2016 05:37:00] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Alright Junker, calm down...start explaining from the start." [25.09.2016 05:37:14] ScrapFinch: Snell: Alright, fine. Give me a moment to compose myself.
[25.09.2016 05:37:26] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Right. Let's start with your name. You have one?" [25.09.2016 05:37:45] ScrapFinch: [Sighs, and the sounds of metal being hit with a wrench are heard] Snell: My name is Beaumont Snell, the lost one? Cory.
[25.09.2016 05:38:24] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Alright, we are off to a good start. Where were you when this 'event' happened?" [25.09.2016 05:38:34] ScrapFinch: Snell: Right at the epicenter.
[25.09.2016 05:38:41] ScrapFinch: Snell: The indirect cause, even.
[25.09.2016 05:39:01] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "That does not awnser my question. The location of the event in question, within Sirius." [25.09.2016 05:39:13] ScrapFinch: Snell: I can't explain where it is, only where I came to it from.
[25.09.2016 05:39:15] ScrapFinch: Snell: Kansas. [25.09.2016 05:39:30] Avery.Reeves:404: Tuttle Creek, Kansas. Dying nomad gate.
[25.09.2016 05:39:50] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Auxesian agents mentioned such locations." [25.09.2016 05:40:20] ScrapFinch: Snell: I found out about an old gate, and notified Cory, a friend of mine of it's presence, after I had gone through it and-
[25.09.2016 05:40:23] ScrapFinch: Snell: Came out. [25.09.2016 05:40:41] Avery.Reeves:404: You went /through/ said gate? [25.09.2016 05:40:48] ScrapFinch: Snell: He wanted to see the system, so we both headed there after stocking up on Nanobots to ward off the radiation.
[25.09.2016 05:40:57] ScrapFinch: Snell: Yes, I did. [25.09.2016 05:41:08] Avery.Reeves:404: And what did you see?
[25.09.2016 05:41:13] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Radiation, unknown alien gates, and what was there?" [25.09.2016 05:41:18] Avery.Reeves:404: Does your blackbox have anything pertaining to this system? [25.09.2016 05:41:32] ScrapFinch: Snell: Nothing could've been charted. I remember where the gate is, though.
[25.09.2016 05:42:07] ScrapFinch: Snell: Before we actually reached the system, at the very precipice of it, the gate, we were found by a single Nomad.
[25.09.2016 05:42:31] ScrapFinch: Snell: Having actually spoken to several, I quickly recognized it had the same goal as any others.
[25.09.2016 05:42:36] ScrapFinch: Snell: Embracing.
[25.09.2016 05:42:53] ScrapFinch: Snell: Or, in intelligible speech, infestation.
[25.09.2016 05:43:14] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "This sounds very...strange. Sir, are you taking any substances by chance? Cardamine, Synth Marajuana, maybe Nox?" [25.09.2016 05:43:19] Avery.Reeves:404: Were you directly exposed to these 'nomads'? [25.09.2016 05:43:35] ScrapFinch: Snell: I don't use any substances, and we were. [25.09.2016 05:43:41] Avery.Reeves:404: You were... I see. [25.09.2016 05:43:43] ScrapFinch: Snell: I made my biggest mistake by far, lying to it. [25.09.2016 05:43:59] Avery.Reeves:404: Out of the two of you, one has killed themself and the other is you.
[25.09.2016 05:44:03] Avery.Reeves:404: And you were both directly exposed. [25.09.2016 05:44:11] ScrapFinch: Snell: Yes, uninfested, but exposed.
[25.09.2016 05:44:29] ScrapFinch: Snell: What pushed the poor guy over the edge was when it realized the lie I had woven. [25.09.2016 05:44:29] Avery.Reeves:404: I'm afraid you'll have to be taken in for questioning regardless. [25.09.2016 05:44:55] ScrapFinch: Snell: Let me guess, for knowing classified knowledge? [25.09.2016 05:45:12] Avery.Reeves:404: No for potentially being afflicted with radiation poisoning. [25.09.2016 05:45:13] ScrapFinch: Snell: Or suspicions of infestation? [25.09.2016 05:45:17] Avery.Reeves:404: You're a danger to the general populace.
[25.09.2016 05:45:20] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "I agree with the...Agent here. You will need to be debriefed over the matter, and the situation secured. This is..." [25.09.2016 05:45:21] Avery.Reeves:404: Quarantine them.
[25.09.2016 05:45:28] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Precarious." [25.09.2016 05:45:53] ScrapFinch: Snell: So you are saying I'm fibbing? [25.09.2016 05:46:06] Avery.Reeves:404: We're saying there's a few things we need to determine.
[25.09.2016 05:46:13] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "If you may, follow me to Battleship Missouri for mooring, Sir."
[25.09.2016 05:48:24] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "I'll be sure to inform the ESRD over this matter. Know that now that you are out of the Primary Fleet, does not mean that we are through with you." [25.09.2016 05:48:44] ScrapFinch: Snell: Access denied, the computer says. [25.09.2016 05:49:02] Avery.Reeves:404: I suppose you'll have to attain a better reputation with the crew.
[25.09.2016 05:49:21] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Of course...Very well...let us try the next best location, Fort Bush. [25.09.2016 05:49:50] ScrapFinch: Snell: One can hope this won't lead directly to Huntsville, or worse.
[25.09.2016 05:50:27] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Hopefully not. Whereas most people that go to Huntsville do not come out, you would be an exception." [25.09.2016 05:50:31] 2016-09-25 05:54:57 SMT Traffic control alert: ScrapFinch has requested to dock
[25.09.2016 05:50:56] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "We will send an Agent to speak to you soon." [25.09.2016 05:51:20] Avery.Reeves:404: Have them transferred to a secure location, potentially Missouri or Salem.
[25.09.2016 05:51:45] Avery.Reeves:404: There's a good chance they've been infected.
[25.09.2016 05:52:20] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "The Salem doesn't exist, and it should remain that way. At worse, he could be moved to Mitchell or the LPI Supermax."
[25.09.2016 05:54:48] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "As for his state of infection, it will be verified at some point. We have little else to converse about." [25.09.2016 05:55:21] Avery.Reeves:404: Radford is equipped with a detection suite of my devising from the leg of tests conducted before the Alaskan conflict.
[25.09.2016 05:56:07] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Don't go off someplace far. You are still intertwined in this, 'Paragon'." [25.09.2016 05:56:25] Avery.Reeves:404: Is that so?
[25.09.2016 05:56:46] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "We will be in touch, Agent."
These events show that Agent Reeves is still an active element within Liberty. His involvement in this matter will be required, and may prove beneficial, should he be willing to alert us to these events in future times.

[COMM-ID]: Commander Kingston, Alexander S.
[RECEIVER-ID]: ESRD Reporting Center ; LIBCENTCOM
[SUBJECT]: Kansas, Auxesia, The Commonwealth and a Jump Gate
[PRIORITY]: Omega - Very High
[ENCRYPTION]: ESRD Alpha
At around 1600 hours, the L.N.S. Utah began a move from Pennsylvania to Texas via the previously stable jump hole in the system. The ship proceeded through, and emerged in an entirely different system altogether, named Kansas. As CO of the vessel, I opted to begin a scouting mission of the system, which began smoothly.
Near a blue-green colored planet, named Topeka, we spotted a previously unknown installation. Our operators hailed it, and were soon greeted with threats and insults, as well as the station marking itself as 'America Freeport', an outpost of the Commonwealth of Liberty. Proximity being our only aid here, as Legion fighters patrolled nearby, we continued onwards. We were intercepted by an Auxesian vessel piloted by Ms. Sapphire Raven, and joined by a Core vessel of the PRIME AI consensus. The two vessels attempted to shrug the Utah off, but we held firm, and the two vessel eventually engaged. Our gunners took both targets down, and our hull took minor damage. In the fighting, a distress signal was launched, pinging Admiral Sader of the Fifth Fleet to assist.
Once the bogeys were dispatched, the Utah continued with it's scouting mission, scanning the nearby planets and installations for information that could prove vital. A Xenos station, built out of what we can assume was a large asteroid, sat near the edge of the system. We were joined by Sader and the reinforcements, and continued our scouting op. Our scouting mission halted for a time, as the computer was pinged by a signal from the lifepod of Ms. Raven. While we couldn't locate the pod, the signal was pulled and the data extracted. Our path then took us to the Tuttle Creek Nebula, where Admiral Sader helped us located a seemingly inactive Nomad jump gate. While this structure was already mapped, it had been subject to a power draw, and was thus scanned and marked again for details.
Once completed, the Utah, as well as the reinforcements by Admiral Sader and Admiral Jones, returned to Liberty proper.
Within the above report is where we have stated our findings during an unexpected scouting mission in Kansas. The system itself seems isolated, which helps to explain the lack of a Navy presence there. The existence of a Commonwealth installation, as well as a Xeno outpost, is troubling, and could mean that the Legion's presence is not too far off.
Planet Topeka, the blue-green planet we first encountered, appears to be of primarily hydrogen makeup, as with most gas giants. The planet is host to a Commonwealth 'Freeport' in its orbit, and a course of action regarding this station should be formulated. We simply cannot allow the renegade 'nation' to have an established outpost right in our backyard.
The station sits in orbit of Planet Topeka, and appears to be constructed like that of most Zoner Freeports. It is nearly identical to Freeport 6 in Tau-29, albeit with no aft end sector attached to the central connector, and appears to be equipped with biodomes, as well as storage tanks for condensed containment of materials and supplies. Legion vessels, as well as vessels of the affiliation 'Commonwealth', have been seen in the vicinity of the station, nodding to the possibility that this outpost is a viable trade hub for the renegade movement of the Commonwealth.
If action is to be taken against the Commonwealth and their Legion deserter allies, then this station should be one of the first to be acted against.
A mass of Xenos seem to be calling this place home. Whether it's out of necessity or choice is hard to tell, but they've adapted this large asteroid, or maybe small moon, into a station for their ships to operate out of. We picked up massive life sign readings, indicating that there is a large population aboard, and a rather large electrical signal as well, which could indicate that the Xenos are involved with Legion-assisted research or development here.
Action should be taken against this station as quickly as we can muster, but recommend allowing the evacuation, and subsequent capture, of any ships that retreat from the station. The faster we deal with these in-house threats, the faster we can focus on bigger problems.
Near the edge of the system there lies a desert planet named Death Valley. A fitting name, most likely given by the resident Xeno population nearby. Our scans picked up large mineral deposits, so the establishment of a mining operation would be key in tapping these resources. We can't allow the Legion or the Xenos to get to them first, as it could fuel their machine further.
Near the edge of the field containing Death Valley lies another planet. This one, named Wichita, appears to be an openly habitable water world with very limited development on the surface. Atmospheric composition is breathable, and the planet seems to have a moon which orbits in a rather eccentric fashion. How this spells for the tides on the planet can only be guessed at by myself, but I'm certain scientists will want to take a look further when possible.
The planet is dangerously close to an anomaly detected in the field nearby. This anomaly, when scanned and measured, apparently sends ships to the distant system of Vespucci. This means that the planet is within spitting distance of the Legion and their Commonwealth brethren, and should be treated with an err of caution.
After the sweep through the western half of the system, the Utah received a ping from a lifepod. We moved into the vicinity of the pod, and began to decrypt the data stored inside it. The data, as well as the pod, is believed to belong to Keeper Sapphire Raven, the same pilot who attacked us alongside the AI Core vessel. While we weren't able to decipher exactly what the message meant, as there are pockets of static and voice silence, it must've been recorded shortly after the fight ended. It is unclear if the message contained within the data was sent or not, but it was encrypted with low security coding and was fairly basic in data complexity. The ship's onboard AI had no trouble breaking through, so it begs the question as to why.

The alien jump gate in Kansas, of which we were already aware, seems to have changed as well. Within the Tuttle Creek Nebula, the same jump gate that has been there since pilots first charted the system, appears to be drained of energy readings. Whether this means that the gate is disabled remains to be seen, but word from Lieutenant Commander Jonathan Kalh of the 5th Fleet indicates that the gate will recharge itself in time if it is still active. This could spell trouble, but probes and other drones sent through prior have indicated that the gate is a one way device. While I'm not certain where the exit to the gate's destination is, it is nonetheless worthy of caution and extensive investigation.
This concludes my report. I am of the hope that there is information to be gathered here. I understand that a scouting mission of Kansas may not have been warranted, but it never hurts to know more, and scouting out a system that only recently has become accessible by the Primary is something I believed would be useful.
A standard patrol of Pennsylvania yeilded a strange situation. A RM-2 'Sorta' Maltese Destroyer was intercepted by the Mount Hood, and promptly destroyed, but the cargo it held within is the main reason for filing this report. An device, sealed within an unmarked crate was uncovered from the resulting battle, and once the crate was retrived, was promptly sent to Willard Station for investigation.
The device itself was tractored in by the Cargo Operations Crew, who saw it before the Police Contraband patrols got to the wreckage. The archivists onboard have no idea of the origin of the machine, but it is clear that is made to operate on principles somewhat related the Ageria's legendary Jump Gates. R&D has concluded that the device was not meant to be alone, and most likely part of a set of devices, that, when assembled or activated together, should operate together to create a pathway through two locations for ships to pass through.
The device, or devices, when first seen by the ESRD Researchers at Willard, seem to be delicately made, and therefore unserviceable or repairable, should it become damaged. It is also assumed that the devices are powered off of both an internal power source, as well as external. It is assumed that once they internal power cores are depleted, the device disables itself permanently, making itself unusable for future deployment. R&D also speculated that the devices could be related to the unstable jump hole within Colorado that collapsed within itself after a short time.
It is highly possible there might be more of the devices in circulation of the lawful, quasi-lawful and unlawful worlds. Should these devices be collected by the wrong group within Sirius, and should they manage to operate it correctly, it could prove disasterous for House of Liberty. Inversely, should the Liberty Naval forces manage to activate such devices, a more direct route to the threat of Gallia could be made, to the point of reclamation of certain areas of Bretonia.
As per orders of superior officers aware of the situation, the crate has been moved to be isolated within Long Island Station for holding, until CENTCOM decides what to do with this new discovery.
This concludes the report, and I will keep CENTCOM informed of the situation, should it begin to deteriorate.

A new faction within the masses has appeared recently, dubbed the 'Cult of Technology'. While their appearances have only been confirmed twice, what they have shown so far is displeasing. The first confirmed sighting involved a hyperspace breach in the middle of the New York system, where a carrier and a large contingent of fightercraft emerged. Two dreadnoughts, one LNS-Cerberus of the Secondary and one LNS-Glendale of the primary, under my command, arrived on scene to find the convoy idling, possibly for powercore recharge. When questioned, the 'mothership' of the battlegroup activated a form of EM shielding not currently known to Willard's database. Within seconds the lead ship had disapeared, and all attempts to disable the EM shielding by the Glendale's cyber-warfare suites proved unfruitful. The remaining fightercraft, composed of highly-equipped fighters and possible bomercraft, immediately opened fire on the two Naval warships, severely draining the shields of the Cerberus. All hostile elements were shot down and delivered to Willard for questioning, but many died through self-poisoning before arriving.
Model: 'Bustard'-class Light Carrier
Armament: Unknown
Shielding Class: None
Powercore: Unknown
Propulsion: Unknown, assumed CE 'Civilian' class
Additional Armor: Unknown
Additional Technology: Advanced EM Shielding Generator, unknown model | Advanced Hyperspace-Jump Drive, unknown model
The vessel in question is a strange one, to say the least. Possessing no shielding at the times of encounter, unknown weapons, no known forms of propulsion (yet to be determined) and technology near-advanced as the Slomon K'Hara Guardians. Their intentions, in vocal form, were to 'close an anomaly' that was seen in system shortly before. The main ship did not fire upon the opposing force, and was seen to be carrying a large stockpile of unmarked data storage devices and the recently-uncovered Unknown Origin Hyperspace Generators.
The second appearance of the vessel was confirmed without the fighter screen, and near a close-by anomaly, as they predicted. The vessel remained within the area long enough to 'fire' upon the anomaly, collapsing it, then disapearing in the same manner as it had before. Battlegroup Auxesia felt they were entitled enough to demand any information regarding these new entities to be handed over for processing. I told them where they could shove it into, but they left only knowing as much as they did before their arrival.
These new 'Cultists' could be either an unknown force keeping tabs on Baxter anomalies that appear too unstable for civilian safety, or a danger to all who oppose them. Thier fighter screens have shown that they come with near-hostile intentions, but we have yet to find out if the 'Cult' has larger intentions, or if there are more 'mothership' class vessels within their ranks.

[COMM-ID]: Commander Kingston, Alexander S.
[RECEIVER-ID]: ESRD Reporting Center ; LIBCENTCOM
[SUBJECT]: Cpt. Hope Yellowstone ; Disinfection updates
[PRIORITY]: Omega - Very High
[ENCRYPTION]: ESRD Alpha
Tidings.
Recently I've been the pleasant aid to a former LSF agent named Hope Yellowstone, code name 'Sierra Omega'. She came to be in my presence via a heavily infested Defiant-class gunship christened the Black Watch which, alongside Captain Henderson and the crew of the South Dakota, was removed as a threat and Yellowstone brought aboard the then commanding Mt. Hood. Since then she's been moved to a medical wing on board the L.N.S. Utah, having recently gone through heavy nomad disinfection and recovery. As of right now, her status is improving. Captain DeGrange came in herself to inspect her, to which I can only assume she had a pleased look. I will continue to monitor her and attend to her requirements.
Ms. Yellowstone's vessel, the L.N.S. Black Watch, was completed in 815 A.S., launched later that same year and given her first operation a year later. The vessel was tasked to scout the system of Omicron Iota, intercepted en route by an infected task force, and subsequently lost contact. She appeared recently near Norfolk, the ship's computer following every guideline it was given. The ship was boarded by Foxtrot team, recovering Yellowstone, the crew deceased already, and making their way out. Captain Henderson ordered for the ship's destruction, prompting the AI to fire back. So far the only survivor of the ship is Captain Yellowstone, and the ship's boarding and destruction is only known to Naval eyes. With hope, and time, I'm betting Ms. Yellowstone will enjoy the retirement she's long overdue.
On another note, the teams aboard the Utah have recently uncovered some relatively new information regarding disinfection and incubi power.
From my team's analysis, the disinfection method pioneered by ex-Primary Commander Avery Reeves, when brought to a high enough density, is usable on those infested with more mature nomad incubi. These incubi can be identified by their complete control over the body of the infestee, with marginal control of their mind as well. However, infestees, such as Ms. Yellowstone mentioned above, can show signs of conflict against the invader. When in control these incubi are capable of relatively strong telekinetic powers, as well as mind alterations such as hallucinations and optical illusions.
It is not impossible to see that the House of Bretonia relies on the Battlegroup Auxesia to serve as a mercenary militia. Nearly all patrols within the House yielded some sort of interaction with them, most importantly, repeated interactions with Battlegroup matron Sapphire Raven.
'Keeper' Sapphire Raven of Battlegroup Auxesia can be considered a 'regular' within Bretonia, so to say. Several interactions have shown her to be in a mental or physical state of sickness, including talk about hospitalization, although the conditions of what is actually happening cannot be confirmed. Interactions with other members of Battlegroup Auxesia have shown that Raven has been impulsive in the past, and argues with several of her members. Physiological profiling states that the Keeper of Auxesia is clearly not mentally stable.
From reports and questioning, Auxesia seems to be a direct arm of law enforcement within Bretonia, often assisting the Bretonian Armed Forces in repelling attacks. One such event was within Omega-3, with a large group of Mollys, Corsairs, and even Hessian contacts. BAF forces along with Auxesian capital vessels and strikecraft engaged the already combatant force, and eventually forced the invading fleets to retreat.
The large reliance on the Battlegroup Auxesia seems troubling, although BAF Admiral Wildcat seems to think nothing of it, when questioned.
Within deployment, ESRD Operatives were deployed to assist in BAF patrols and escorts of officers of the BAF, including BAF Admiral Wildcat.
Ship Class: BDR-804 "Guardian"
Status: Active (Bretonian Armed Forces High Command, Critical Asset)
Bretonian Armed Forces Admiral Wildcat enlisted Operatives Phoenix and Sentinel to assist in investigating energy signatures picked up previously. WIth full battleship patrol, the deployment entered Magellan to begin search. Sent alone, Operatives Sentinel and Phoenix uncovered two points of intrest.
A gravitational anomaly (commonly defined as a 'jumphole') was detected within the Magellan system during patrol. Energy readings confirm it is a stable source, but end location is unknown, but suspected to be a system of Commonwealth control, as indicated by the Legion patrols ESRD Operatives were forced to shoot down to maintain hidden. Readings encountered and dissipated in the subsector Gamma-Six, though readings were spotty at best.
Within the same patrol, ESRD Operatives uncovered light activity within subsector Gamma-Two. Upon further search, Operatives encountered a weaponized ice-asteroid, bearing the terror cell IFF of the Gaians. The base fired upon discovery of our presence, and the Operatives were forced to abandon the area.
ESRD Operatives rendezvoused with the BAF patrol withing Cortez, where they led us into a Bretonian borderworld.
A Bretonian Borderworld that was on the patrol path of the BAF deployment, the entire system appears to be in control of several forces. The Junker's Congress appered to be the largest presence encountered, with several of thier bases in the area.
A base of large size and seemingly the same level of importance, Invergordon station appears to function as a shipyard for the Junker community. Several 'Pilgrim' class liners were found in the area, seemingly to serve as weapon platforms or a defending fleet. Local Junkers reside there, and none were inclined to answer more than a few questions about the area. General utility area, nothing of significant importance.
Another Junker-based installation within the area, scans show it was built in recent years. Unknown purpose, unknown model.
Within the system, the deployment encountered another gravitational anomaly. Against all warnings from ESRD Operatives, Admiral Wildcat ordered the deployment through the opening.
Upon exit of the jumphole connection, the deployment was instantly assualted by an attacking force of bretonian, civilian, and unknown-gunship level ships, all bearing no known transponder signature. Before the deployment exited, Operative Phoenix captured this image.
After exiting the Unknown system, the deployment departed Inverness and disbanded upon returning to New London.
Below are various questionings I have conducted thus far.
Ship Class: MEMV-971-AH "Arrastra" Heavy Ore Extraction Unit
Pilot: Unknown
Status: Active
The subject was found within the gold mining field within sector Echo-Two with the Dublin system. Apparently working under a contract with Gateway shipping, the pilot was extracting gold ores for Gateway vessels to ship. When questioned about the Battleship Hood, he became much more distanced from the conversation. Attached is the communication.

Two Gateway-employed Shetland captains, hauling the Gold Ore the IMG asset earlier excavated to Rhienland. Rumors follow about the Bretonian crown promoting 'inter-corporation piracy' among these pilots, in order to secure more paying contracts. Questioning follows.

[04.01.2017 01:08:12] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "And your standpoint on BMM?"
[04.01.2017 01:08:31] Gateway|-GSV-Neptune: Ryan: Good guys and gals, just busy with the war efforts, as is everyone

[04.01.2017 01:15:26] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Just a few. Any encounters with the Gallic threat?"
[04.01.2017 01:15:39] Gateway|-GSV-Neptune: Ryan: Hmm... not for some time now.
[04.01.2017 01:15:49] Gateway|-GSV-Neptune: Ryan: lets move on to Cambridge
[04.01.2017 01:16:38] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Rumors tell of the Bretonian crown promoting competition among its corporations. Know anything about that?"
[04.01.2017 01:17:05] Gateway|-GSV-Neptune: Ryan: Not particualy, altough we certainly compete
[04.01.2017 01:17:49] Gateway|-GSV-Neptune: Ryan: I'd say it keeps the market strong and alive, instead of stagnating
[04.01.2017 01:17:59] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Compete over contracts, I assume. Anything... hostile to the other contractors?"
[04.01.2017 01:19:00] Gateway|-GSV-Neptune: Ryan: Hostile? Only if you call being the Dominant shipping company of Bretonian hostile

[04.01.2017 01:21:50] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Right. Your views on the Battlegroup Auxesia?"
[04.01.2017 01:22:46] Gateway|-GSV-San.Marco: Armund: Yeah, i think they shoot bad guys, aren't they?
[04.01.2017 01:22:50] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "I see. I have nothing else to bother you with. Thank you for your time."

Final comments define the two entities as civilian-level intelligence assets. Due to their positions within Gateway and their civilian status, reliance on these two individuals is not recommended.

[03.01.2017 06:13:03] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Right. First off... your transports have been seen alot lately... but not your attacking forces. Why?"
[03.01.2017 06:13:20] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: Our attacking forces are busy elsewhere.
[03.01.2017 06:14:37] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: But if GRN besieges Liberty once again, and you request our help, providing bases of operation in return...

[03.01.2017 06:14:57] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: You'll be able to see the more of our armed forces in areas I trade too.
[03.01.2017 06:15:55] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: Are you familiar with the Tau Region? Until now it seemed to be far enough from Liberty.
[03.01.2017 06:16:08] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "The Taus are known to the ESRD."
[03.01.2017 06:17:24] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: We've been a bit silent there lately, but birds tweet that there is something big planned. Something coming soon.
[03.01.2017 06:17:54] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "Sounds promising. Do you happen to know anything about the Bretonian fronts?"
[03.01.2017 06:17:55] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: That's all I've heard so far though. No specifics sadly, but I'm curious.
[03.01.2017 06:18:20] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: I don't know if it's good or bad.
[03.01.2017 06:18:39] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "The front has been quiet, that is all I know of."

[03.01.2017 06:21:01] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: Not much. I generally don't dive into local politics, shoot who is shooting me, et c'est tout.

[03.01.2017 06:22:09] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: Now I'll have to bid you farewell for a while, it'll take some time to unload all these gold bars.
[03.01.2017 06:22:20] [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie: Safe skies, officer.
[03.01.2017 06:22:22] [LN]-ESRD|Phoenix: ?: "I could understand that... We will be watching."
Final comments for this asset places them on a valued level. Conversation revealed a rumor concerning a move made by Council rebel forces against the Gallic Royal Navy within the next few weeks, although not much is said past that.
Additional reports will be submitted with more information, once they are obtained.
