Guys.
If you want to attend an event, consider actually following the guidelines written for said event. Even if your IDs allow for shooting one another, you both attended for the sake of the event. Breaking out hostilities before it starts will just generate sanction reports and leave a bad taste in everyone's mouths.

Beg your pardon, but we didn't engage. We rolled up to RP on a faction that was waltzing about our territory. The fact that they saw that as an act of aggression is not my fault, Nyx's fault, or the fault of any of my or her faction members present.

That all being said - you have the logs, you have the screens, and you could've actually processed my report on their OOC for what it was. The fact that you didn't, I'll assume, is because the Order| likely filed a counter report for our 'hostile' behaviour during the event or whatever and you're not keen on starting a war by picking sides, especially with the amount of flak Auxesia takes on a daily basis from the community at large for both just and unjust reasons.

I don't think anyone who properly understands the way it went down can say that this is a fair judgement, but I understand why you did things the way you did. I don't expect the rest of my faction to, though, nor can I speak for Auxesia or anyone in it.

I'd just consider revisiting the evidence and maybe rethinking your decision on the matter.

I agree with Durandal.

How is it our fault we were badly mislead? How is it our fault that one side completely declines to roleplay? We (aux) didn't shoot first or even intend to due to the fact that within roleplay, they're in Commonwealth space, which is neutral - because we know inRP we'd get our asses handed to us for starting hostilities. Even the Hellfire tried to talk. All we did was defend ourselves. We TRIED to avoid drama.

As quoted in the logs above, I pm'd the event guy to know when to go. We went after we got the green light. We were headed for the cloud because we assumed the carrier was there - but we found the Order instead.

Ridiculous. I can't believe some people actually act like a child over this - even worse when they /TRY/ to shift blame on us.

We process sanctions depending on what is given to us in terms of evidence and there are only that many ways to interpret it. In the case of this one it was so petty, it would have been easier to just bin it. But we physically cannot do that. Instead we opted for this post, even though we knew full well that it would not be well-received. C'est la vie.

I ask you peeps to figure it out yourself.
I personally suggest you get all of the involved parties in one chat and simply talk it out so that this nonsense does not happen again. Seeing sanction reports such as this is literally nothing more than a chore for the staff and it is not as though it will solve things. You (all) are not kids. It does not matter who started it, please figure out how to end it.

But this is old and we did not participate within the event due to this exactly reason. Next time better coordination by the event creator, maybe with admin support, and make people wait before any engagement, as we all knew who was there for the event due to the forum post. So trying to get rid of them before the event started is petty and childish. Especially flying from Omicron Mu to Kansas is a long old flight and took us around 2 hours to do due to an interaction with UN| also.

There you go. Making assumptions again. Everyone present was a registered ship. And we only went after we had the green light to start. It was posted on the forums, and it already turned past the hour. It really doesn't excuse the inability to provide basic RP at the time.

Cancer was there watching as a spectator - not participating. This isn't a discussion thread and I doubt to see any positive results coming from the Order, as they outright decline to communicate with anyone that isn't their own.

I tried to make neutrality back in core| + order| thing but no, some people just dont like change. If I don't get PM'd - I'm not going to bother giving people /another/ /third/ chance as my sympathy gets abused far too many times. It only ends up in the same thing. People whining.

That's all I have to say about this, I didn't do wrong, neither did Durandal. Either way, like I said, not a discussion place for this.

I am not making any assumptions? please stop putting words in my mouth like you always have done, not everyone was a registered ship as one or two of the [HF] had to switch our to replace members who could not make it, and then they said that in the event thread afterwards.

Cancer might have been just "Spectating" but the does not chance the fact he was in the same group as all of you on a repair ship and you came charging us before the event official started. No one but [HF] and A/) where informed ingame that the event started 1 minute 10 seconds before it official started via the time that was made.

You say we decline out right to communicate with anyone? Considering I sat there sending pm's to the event creator and the one organizing but while that happened A/) and [HF] came charging us with half a dozen snubs and 1 battlecruiser, 1 battleship and refused to let us move away to participate within the event. As you noticed we did not participate that is because one of the cruisers were left with 10% roughly Hull and the other was on around 300 - 400 nano bots because one of the cruisers fire first due to the amount of CD Spamming we received and the aggressive roleplay we received from both A/) and [HF]. You have also said.

So you come to hunt us down to get rid of us first knowing we could have been a threat to you, that is why you came and hunted us down before the event started so you got get the force you had to take us down...

5 ships could register but there was 7 within the [HF] and A/) group ingame, it was checked and your side had 2 players more than everyone else who registered. So stop trying to play the VICTIM Card, everyone was warned or sanctioned so deal with it, not only did [HF] and A/) get a warning but also Order| so. deal with it like we have.
