The situation from the OPG and basically corsair side.
OPG decided to show some support to the local pirates in sigma 13 and see if they need some help on their heavy route. The point isn't so important, but as soon as I came there (two OPG were allready in sigma, fighting a gunboat and a fighter) I got an distress call from an ship. "Having fun in sigma? LSF invaded Order, Omicron Minor needs your help"
Dire news indeed. We dispatched the enemies in sigma and headed asap to the Gamma where we were to pick up remaining corsair fighters. As we came to Gamma, the LSF left into alaska.
"too bad they're withdrawing, let's go back to sigma" as I wanted to talk to Black Pearl and some other local pirates in sigma 13.
We spent enough time there to make other traders change their routes and make few kills, and even the leader Asno joined us. Then I noticed LSF and allies forces again in omicron Minor. This time, we advanced at once as I contacted one of zoners and he said minor is being invaded.
We collected what troops we could and went in alaska where zoners allready were, and we repelled the LSF out of alaska. Zoner then jumped to the Liberty but others remained there.
Then that hard to pronounce name navy capital ship came, and discussed the situation. Very slowly.
//guess, as he stated he doesn't like to type fast. He was saying we're all OORP because we're in alaska, what could be true, if he actually bothered to reply to any of questions asked by a Corsair.
I'ld like to state the fact that Corsairs came to aid the Order and Zoner were there because of the same reason but in addition they had their own issue.
After that, navy called us oorp because we were in alaska with order, but didn't bother to reply to our question how come BH battleships come trough alaska to gamma all the time.
Corsairs left then, and whatever happened later isn't really our issue.
So, to the sir that said that liberty attack was OORP, they attacked twice and I'm sure that MikeEdwards was there.
liberty tries to call everyone in alaska 'oorp'. Face it guys, that system isnt entirely secure, and hasnt been since several months before the nomad war when the order was first founded.
The order has access to alaska, through both the gate and jump hole. Their closest allies, the corsairs, are damn near certain to have access as well - the corsairs would withdraw all support from the order if they werent getting something in return.
Not so sure about zoners, but i'm sure they could find a way in. Alaska isnt a dead end system like it used to be, there's more ways in than the front door (or gate, rather) now that the Omicron minor jump hole has opened up. You cant just go yelling "you're OORP for being here!" every time someone shows up in the system. If you want them to leave, shoot them down.

The Corsairs are getting something in return. Technology. The Order and Corsairs are not buddy-buddy - they're allied to each other because it benefits them both. The Order is a semi-lawful faction, and normally would never ally with pirates. So I don't see how Corsairs taking the Alaska gate would be within RP.
As for the actual issue with the Z-Es and Liberty, it's been resolved. Now let's all shoo.

Corsairs selling artifacts in Manhattan?
The Order can't afford to lose the Corsairs as an ally so they give them access to the Gate and Alaska.
I don't really want to stick my nose into this, but I will question one thing...
(not in exact words, but to this effect)
Quote:To all civilian ships, you will not be harmed. Anybody protecting Liberty will be destroyed
That was a public broadcast from a Zoner expeditionary outside Battleship Missouri. In Liberty's capital system, outside it's Navy Headquarters for that system, this was totally uncalled for.
