if you didn't disable this, and you do not plan to disable this, how do you plan to solve this issue? Do you plan to put Cloaking Devices/Cloak Disruptors on specific hardpoints that will not use CM hardpoint?

You are not supposed to run away from a vhf in a bomber.
You are not supposed to run away from GB in VHF and yet apparently you can.
A small reminder, this change occurred a day ago. Before starting some sort of nonsensical battle of ideologies, go ingame and see how this change has impacted the game environment first.

Well, with the changes snub cloaks will be used for more than just running away.
Instead of running for two minutes with CDs everywhere we can get four minutes of stalking people.
Also a certain squad of Upholders will get to scare more Valors
