my name is Ezrael Vertiga from Curacao. I had the pleasure to take a test-flight in a CST-010 an hour ago and fell in love with it instantly. I would like to order one, the Little Blue, as they called at the space port. My compliments to the designers.
Since my going-to wife and I are currently renting a bungalow on Neo-Lagun island, I wanted to request some individualizations for this little beauty, as I doubt the Dorado will be used as a Ferry, but as a smaller home ship. To stay for one or two nights while having landed on a planet or something. The idea of the Starlight Lounge is pretty neat, but I think a Hologlass® layer would be more useful in my case, as, well, looking at the stars tends to get boring over time, especially in the Omicrons with all the green mist. How fast could that be done and how much would that cost, additional to the Ferry itself?
Thank you for your interest in the OSC Dorado class ferry, as per your query the addition of a layer of Hologlass to the Starlight Lounge plus a bedroom conversion would take roughly 3 days to complete. Unfortunately the power requirements for such a large surface area of Hologlass will demand a rewiring of the central Lounge area including a reduction in available power to the weapons capacitor. The price of installation and necessary labour will come to 800,000 credits including VAT.
However, if privacy is what you require, the Starlight Lounge canopy does have an inbuild opacity control that can be set to varying states of translucence and opaqueness as the user desires, it also prevents harmful UV radiation as standard.
We also offer several options for bedroom conversions, ranging from our Comfort package which is equal to our standard rate cabins to the Opulence which is comparable to our VIP staterooms and of course all packages can be personalised to your individual tastes. Prices begin at 20,000 credits, bespoke services will be priced as needed.
If you need anything, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
The price of the Hologlass layer is actually pretty acceptable, which leaves some space for additional features regarding the bedroom conversions. Two years ago, I ordered one of OS&Cs teams planetside, on one of the primary islands, to shape and fashion the inner design of my Corvo, I decided to take the modern comfort package, which is even today a very nice to have thing. The 6mx4m bed fulfilled its purpose, the lighting of the room and the shaded reinforced ship windows were a good choice, given that we recently lived for a few weeks in the Omega-49 system. It's actually hard to sleep when the bright Barrier Nebula illuminate the entire ship in white.
So I'd like to take the best of the best this time. Let's say, a budget of 1.200.000 Credits only for the bedroom conversion. I'll let you surprise me here with the choice of design, but given that I pretty much know what our good men and women on Curacao are able to fabricate, I'm very certain I'll like it.
Please do send me a bank account and the exact bill for the ship and the modifications, or whether I shall forward the ship payment to the vendor at the space port and the rest to an account of your choice.
Thank you, our sales team endeavour to answer all queries within the day received. I have taken the liberty of consulting our bespoke teams about your request and submitted budget, this is the concept they returned.
It features the 6m x 4m bed as requested with a small Hologlass alcove above, gold inlaid pillars, blackout shutters with adjustable opacity, a full size viewing screen with small sitting area and a computer terminal directly linked to the ships autopilot and navigational sensors allowing you to alter course from the comfort of your bedroom. The wooden panelling is authentic Hamburg Fir.
If this is to your liking please forward 2,000,000 credits to the OSC|Offshore.Account, once payment is received work will begin immediately and your new vessel will be ready to collect in three days time from our showroom.
The money has been successfully wired. We'll stay for another few days, if not even weeks until we have figured out what to do next. I, however, look forward to see the Little Blue being available for use as soon as possible.
I'm pleased to report that your bespoke Dorado "Little Blue" is now available for collection at our showroom, accessable from docking area 14. Simply give your name to any member of our staff, along with your various details to have your ship brought around to the forecourt.
Thank you again for choosing OSC, we hope your new vessel takes you to all the majesty of the sector.
