Uhm, the only ones I noticed. Nomad Hybrid Cloaks on Altair. Tried again just now and same message.

I guess I need to work on being more straightforward... gah.

Money well spent, I guess. (Since I tried that last night as per my post and mentioned what the cloak was called. But then again, I seem to think that 70% of the time people know what I think when in fact this is a stupid mentality.)

Also the snub cloak drains at 1 unit per second (tested ). So that's 16+ minutes of cloak with the 1000 batteries I can carry.
