Diplomatic Negotiations Between The Red Hessian Army and Ingenuus Research Group "Message Sent. Transmitting location and instructions," A small female voice emitted from the Doctor's datapad, satisfaction written on his face. "Make sure they know the building and room number, we can't have our guests being lost, it wouldn't be a good look," James retorted.
Closing the interface and setting down his datapad, James walked into a small conference room reserved on short notice, waiting for the Hessian's diplomatic representatives to arrive. Holding a small cup of tea with one hand, he briefly observed the overlook, marveling at the diverse architecture as well as public movement. He then looked to the sky, hoping to see movement, to no avail. James turned around and took a seat in one of the few seats available, his cane suspended nearby. Knowing he could possibly be waiting for hours, he sipped on his tea patiently.

Anna sat back in the seat of her prototype Sabre as the group burned through the atmosphere into the cities of Gran Canaira. Behind her flew eight Odins, all of which where her guards. The ships soared through the sky breaking the sound barrier, standing out among the civilian shuttles moving about. Anna had never been to a planet as gorgeous as Gran Canaira, the only two planets she had resided on were Tangier and Wiesbaden, both unsettling in their own way. Astounded at the life and beauty of the city, she took a moment to take in the view before moving down to the landing pad cleared out for them. The RHB-Baroarbunga was waiting back at the edge of the Barrier Nebula keeping in touch with the guards as they made their landing. The impact of the sun's rays felt relaxing, but eventually brought discomfort to Anna's pale skin. As she stood outside her Sabre her guards immediately moved in formation around her. Each of them standing over 6'5", they appeared a little intimidating to the Zoner official escorting them to the meeting area. As the official walked up towards Anna the Guards fixed their helmets on him, their hands ready to aim at him in a split second. Generalmajor Heinrich, welcome to Gran Canaira, the Doctor has been expecting you, please come this way. Anna walked a few steps forwards before pausing. You three with the ship, the rest with me, spread out. The group continued towards the meeting area, the only militarized personnel wandering about were the police, other than that, there were no large amounts of military assets, and plenty of life. Just through here. The Zoner official said casually as they exited the elevator taking them up stories above the ground. You three, out here, Lævateinn, Dáinsleif, with me. She spoke up as the Official opened the door. Inside she could see what was apparently, the doctor, not entirely what she expected, but it didn't change the situation at all. Doctor. She said casually as she took in the view for a second before sitting down. Where do we start?
James smiled weakly, though familiar with militarized groups, he did not expect his guest to be so guarded. It was always his custom to fly alone, he thought it best that way. "I expect you'd like to get straight to the point, and I'd prefer not to take your time more than I have to." Setting down his cup of tea and picking his datapad up, he revealed some images displaying various specs of the Ingenuus power cells. "As I stated before in my comms, thirteen of our power cells have been requisitioned by the Corsairs. We tried to negotiate for their return, and instead they pushed their leverage to their maximum, asking us to remove the countermeasures on three, in exchange for the other ten." Bitterness poured from every word, and anger spit from his eyes. "Since we can't get them all back, we're taking our chances with the countermeasures in place." Letting out a sigh, and looking down at the floor, his distress was written along his whole demeanor. "I need the Red Hessians to fight a war for me. I'll do whatever it takes to win, but our assets are too spread to localize an effort alone. I'm not a strategist of war, I'm a scientist." The Doctor's face had lingering intensity, and with it he gave a few potent words: "Name your price."

The Army can commit some of its assets to re-acquiring the devices, the "war" you want us to wage is nothing the Army isn't already involved in. She spoke up upon hearing the final question. Having the IRG as an asset could help advance her prototype ship, nevermind provide more resources to where they were needed. Anna never looked to the Zoners for help in the past, but with the number of adversaries rising, she was willing to look into some potential allies. She stood up and walked over towards the window, gazing out into the city as she thought of her next words. She folded her arms in front of her, turned and faced the doctor. Loyalty, and there may be two other things I need of Zoners personally. There was a break in her voice as she walked over to sit back down. One of them being a ship I'm working on, I can specify, once I know I have your compliance. The Revolution doesn't steal from its allies, unlike some other associates you might've called allies at one time. She paused waiting for his response.
"Even an active attempt to reclaim what is lost is enough for me, and I'm sure we can help with any project you have going, so long as our assets can move freely enough." He paused, worried with what he had started. "Hopefully you don't need such a thing built from the ground up." Slightly hesitant to make the agreement, the bitter taste lingering in his mind of the Corsairs rekindled his initial inspiration. "You have yourselves a deal. Our loyalty is yours... and we'll do what we can to mutually flourish." Interested in the project suggested, James leaned forward in anticipation of information.

Good, the IRG will be given system access respectively. Do take the time to read up on the Hessian laws, the IRG will be granted limited access to Omega-47 and Omega-54. She paused for a second, looked outside again, the city was remarkable, with it in her hands she could move Isaak here to live in secret. Having him close by rather than off with the VWA might've been more safe. One of the personal favors I need from you Doctor, is in regards to an upgrade. She took a small tablet out from inside her jacket, placed it on the table between them and tapped a button on the side. The tablet illuminated a hologram of the Lich she was flying. It's a prototype design, for myself, my engineers are ready to install our engines onto the ship. However if the IRG were willing to develop and provide some unique engine components to match the speed of the collective Reaper design... She paused for a second, studying his face to make sure he followed. The Army would much appreciate it.
"Seems a bit of a challenge... I'll have to have premium materials for such an endeavor." He chuckled. "It's nothing we can't handle in time." Panning through different views of the hologram, James crossed his arms and put a hand on his chin. "Hm. Well, I suppose I have some reading to do." Regardless of the other projects in motion, the Doctor knew this one was priority. He knew well that focusing attention to this would only strengthen the newborn alliance.

That project takes priority, I need it out of the way for other things to move forward in a hastily manner. She replied, ready to announce the plan they had for flushing the Corsairs out. The Army and the People's Republic have had a plan ready to be set in motion for a while that would cripple the Imperials. However the plan involved a large scale military offensive in this system, which the Zoners might've had an issue with. She paused for a moment, shutting off the hologram before speaking up again. However, with your support in a civilian and military manner, we would be able to accomplish such a task with haste. The Corsairs have an outpost nearby which has been arming several of their personnel heading to the Bretonian front, it has also been an academy for deranged Imperial sympathizers. She paused a moment before finishing. The installation is located in the Barrier Nebula east of Gran Canaira, destroying it would not only cripple the Imperials, but flush them out into giving you what you want. It would make a statement, one the Imperials could not ignore, given the historical value of the installation. However, this will only succeed if you support the effort, the Army is willing to bleed to support its allies, but having a small military presence to support the Army will send a message. Either way, what the Army really needs is access to the system without repercussions for the time being.
"Concerning your project, there's a refinement process for a boron-titanium alloy both light and hard enough for engine construction. We can supply the Boron, but you'll have to get the titanium as it isn't well in our supply routes." He looked down for a moment. "After that it'll just be trial and error until we get intended results. As far as the support you require against the degenerates, we have a localized asset we can move for the time being if you want to have a statement. This, of course, will only mean the solidified stance against them, so I suppose after that, there's no turning back. You can expect at least my own participation, and that of my crew."

Hmm, I'm impressed you have the spine to make an appearance yourself. She replied after pausing for a moment, Anna had never seend a Zoner official out in combat before, and given the doctor's age she and his profession she was not expecting him to make an appearance in the field. As for the Project, how much Titanium do you require and where will I have my associates deliver it? She replied, eager to hear the next few words.
