Anna stepped onto the shuttle and sat down, given the length of the trip she was flushed into socializing to pass the time. On the contrary doctor, the working enviroment does influence my decision a little, every factor does for this individual. He will need the working experience and suburb environment as well as the right environment if he's to have the character he should grow up with. She looked out the window of the shuttle as it flew out form the installation, Anna spoke up suddenly after answering the doctors implied question. I'm sure the social aspects of a peaceful planet are even more welcoming? She asked.
Letting out a short sigh, James re-positioned slightly. "Welcoming enough for anyone who spends enough time. I never took the time to get comfortable anywhere, well, I suppose I wasn't given the opportunity when I was younger." The Doctor looked down, hoping to avoid burdening another person with his life story. "That's a story for another time. There's no time like the present." Staring out the pilot's windscreen, James decided to take his silence for the remainder of the flight, pulling out a data pad. He tapped away, ensuring everything was in place, as well as contacting those who lived in Hailport. The shuttle came to a halt at a landing pad with a small adjacent hangar. The border of a large industrial area was visible on the horizon, and a small residential area was visible to the south, just a few miles away. Pointing to the two cities respectively, James spoke firmly as they departed the shuttle. "To the north, you have Hailport, and to the south, Hailport two." A vast but moderate agricultural ground bordered all non-industrial settlements, with a great sense of life beaming from the plants and trees in their allotments. It was already reaching into the summer, so the weather was moderately pleasant, some clouds in the sky, but the star in the sky full blaze; a brisk breeze keeping things comfortably cool. Hoping this was all Anna needed to see, James waiting near the entrance door on the shuttle for her response.

As the doctor pulled out his touchpad Anna looked out the window into the abyss of clouds and snowy plains across the surface. She drifted out slowly, thinking about Isaak, about Nivaldo, and Freja. Freja would have to raise Isaak alone, and that was if she was still willing to help Anna after all these years. As the shuttle approached the landing pad Anna snapped back into reality upon hearing the doctors words. Anna looked out into the city, it was amazing, a great place to retire, or to live by the looks of it. Still, Anna was insistent on traversing through parts of the city to see what she was getting her son into. How expensive is it to make a life here? Anna asked as they approached the area further.
James took a moment to consider things, and with careful tailoring, gave a surprising response with a small grin. "It would be free for any friend of mine. All costs can easily be covered, there's no price on life, though we try to give it such. Unfortunately, bounties are our ways of doing so. For one, each life is just another person in the universe. To another, that person could mean the world." Gritting his teeth slightly, the agony of his memories returned, putting a distinct fire behind his words. As he regained his composure, he struggled to get his words out. "That person, for me, was my mother. She meant everything, but fate took her from me." As his youth continued to haunt him, he did his best to maintain his bearing, leaving only traces of rage in his speech. "It's easier to keep people hidden when they don't have a paper trail, and thus their essentials will be provided. So if this is where you choose, I'll make arrangements to ensure everything they need is provided; through proxy of course. We wouldn't want them to be too spoiled." As they continued down the pedestrian sector of the street into the city, the Doctor looked all around, the efficiency of the system in place clearly showing. "Reasonably, an entry-level, working salary is enough to support a family here. The economy is quite vast, and employers can afford to take care of their employees quite well. So even if you decline my previous offer, sustenance is both plausible and sustainable." Feeling a little nervous, James took a drink from his flask, putting it back into his coat pocket. "I'm aware this is entirely your decision, but I do wish for the best scenario possible." As they continued walking, they passed many shops and restaurants as they passed into the city square. The entirety of the city wasn't overly populated, but there were certainly enough people for a variety of opportunity. Business was good, and the well kept streets and landscaping was testament to it. "Well, have you seen enough?" The Doctor leaned on his cane with great exhaustion, hoping the day would end for the sake of his rest. Taking another drink from his flask, he hoped Anna's response would be ideal.

I can cover the expenses, I can wire payments through an anonymous account, that way the expenses wont trace back to me or the Army. She spoke with certainty in her tone, the atmosphere of the city certainly was appealing to Anna and would be a fitting place for her son to live. Everything seems fine aside from that, the names of the individuals arriving are Freja Keller and Isaak Heinrich. Freja's past and Isaak's will be edited accordingly so they aren't hassled about their history, no one, not even anyone from the Army or the People's Republic can know. She gave him a devilish look, defining the seriousness of her words, she knew either way the doctor would comply given how sincere he approached Anna, she didn't care if it was fear or pity that motivated him. With that aside I think we're finished here, I'll bring back the prototype vessel to Wolfsberg, afterwards I will return with diplomatic officials from the People's Republic and Auxesia. If there's any developments while I'm gone that might prove important do not hesitate to notify me.
Slightly relieved that he would have the opportunity to get some rest, the day wasn't without its pleasantries. Noting Anna's serious points, he took it to heart on the severity of the secret. "Your secrets are safe. No need to worry." Calling the shuttle down once more, James boarded quickly, as to not disrupt the residents for too long. "I'm sure we can discuss an agreement on the compensation for your prototype on secure channels, but until then, I'll be off. A shuttle will be here to transport you back to your ship shortly." James gave an informal salute as the door closed, and with it, the shuttle departed. Nearby, another shuttle landed, a marshal motioning for Anna to board. The two parted their separate ways for the time being, both with their own business to address.
