Unification between DVL and RM

I believe this is not something that Rheinland needs at the moment. Trade is open enough with Republican vessels scattered throughout Sirius. Restricting our companies from trading in your systems will be considered a preempt of war.

We have enough problems without including yours. No offense to anyone, but this "unification" just simply would not work. With our chancellor missing, we are in no need for the additional problems of running half the sector.

I am putting forward my formal disapproval on this offer to unify.

By the way, Krieg is not very accepting of people who do not give him full respect.

I may have to agree with my second here.

The only trade restrictions that Rheinland has, or even Kusari for that matter (That I know of), is that we won't allow smuggling of contraband (Such as illegal drugs, artifacts, and so on). Other then that, you are welcome to trade in Rheinland space.

Protection, we have. Several people can attest to that.

Controll of Kusari and Rheinland... We have controll of Rheinland. Why would we want Kusari? As my second has stated, we have enough problems to worry about down here.

The only practical use this alliance could serve is if you got attacked by another faction. If we allied, then we would have to send support. The reverse is also true.
The last thing we need at the moment is to be dragged into the war with Britonia. We're already licking our wounds from the fighting with Liberty, and there is no need to give them another shot at us, directly or otherwise.

While they are valid and good points, they don't really add up. If there is some major trouble, perhaps we'll reconsider this proposition. As of now, however, I just don't see a need for it.
