Many of you have undoubtedly heard about the aggressive annexation of the Pennsylvania system by the imperialist whims of the Republic of Liberty. Even more of you know all too well of the glacial demise of Gran Canaria as its orbit leads it further and further into a perpetual ice age. And now the latest transgression by the Core against Freeport 11 threatens your homes away from Old World institutions once again.
We know your pain, friends! The Taiheiyo Consortium, itself a small group within the larger Gas Miners Guild, was born out of the expansionist depravities of House rule! When we fought Rheinland all those years ago, we were forced to lay down our own lives for that one treasured necessity all who dwell out in the edge of space crave: Freedom.
Another opportunity to create a home away from the Houses has presented itself. Ever since its discovery, many have sought to claim SIgma-21 for themselves. Both the Republic of Kusari and the Federal Republic of Rheinland have good reason to covet this Eden of the Sigmas, this Jewel of the Crow. Their greed, however, must be halted. A free home must be established for those who have toiled at the edge of space and in the most dangerous reaches of the great vacuum for far too long.
Planet Saigon is rightfully our new home. The new domicile for all who live peaceful lives in space away from corrupt rules and regulations. Alone, we are divided and easy pickings for the successor kingdoms of Sol's old order. But united as one, we are as strong as the total sum of humanity's sons and daughters!
The Consortium calls upon all Zoners who wish to aid in the surveying, exploration, terraforming, and eventual settlement of Planet Saigon. Even now, we have begun our work in commissioning science vessels and acquiring funding and support from like-minded individuals. This channel will be open to those who wish to become involved.
Are you willing to found a new Planet Erie? Settle a new Gran Canaria? Then you all know what to do.
I am very pleased to see your message. I have been wanting to re-establish friendly relations with the GMG for several months but the lack of time prevented me to do it. Actually, I speak for myself and not for the whole Seraphim group, but I would be willing to give you a hand to settle on Planet Saigon. Before that, I would like to know you better, do you have public info to share about the Taiheiyo Consortium?
Also, I would take the opportunity to present the Seraphim. We are an unofficial group of zoners interested to bring assistance where it is needed the most. We have been involved in the Freeport 11 reconstruction and we are now moving our attention to the Munich system to help the populations affected by the dark matter. While we are definitely willing to discuss the subject of refugees, the Consortium believes that talks on the subject should wait until further down the road when Planet Saigon's colonization is ready to begin in earnest. I hope that you can talk to the rest of Seraphim and possibly some other Zoner friends of your organization to see if they would also be interested in supporting this endeavor.

I am Dr. John Henry Holliday, CEO of Med Force Enterprises. For some time now, I have been living a reclusive life somewhere on Erie. I took this time to sort my thoughts, to look back on events and things of my past and just get my own self in order after the death of my late wife. That was over a year ago. Having purchased a large chunk of land on Erie, I can say I live quietly here........for the moment anyway.
Gran Canaria? What was the home of my late wife and I is, as you pointed out, now abandoned to frost. I'm sure that at some time, [MFE]Med.Force.One will need a new planet to orbit to call home.
You have my interest. I'm a doctor, a researcher and a scientist of medicine. I can't offer you help in terraforming a planet but the idea of having a place where the crews of Med Force One can take shore leave or even have a small home planet side sounds attractive. In return, your people would have medical services second to none and I can deliver supplies as needed from my own transport. I'd like to chat sometime.
And I do apologize for the delayed response. I have but a low band radio here on the planet and I don't often get a good signal.
Thank you for the info, I have shared it with the rest of the Seraphim and I am happy to say that we are going to collaborate with you and the rest of the Taiheiyo Consortium. The creation of new places to live falls under the objectives of the Seraphim. Especially in independent systems far away from House domination.
We have some transports that can bring supplies and staff. Also, we could probably participate to exploration and survey missions. Let us know what we can do.
