I really don't think this is a good idea. Previous experiences have shown that the 101st doesn't exactly... Mesh well with the rest of Disco, especially not with that diplomacy.
It's a result of the years of previous RP and the last RP, including the FR5, that happened to the group and is ment to show the split within the original faction into two separate entities now. The original part of the previous [101st] is still around, yet under a new tag. You eventually are right with your concern about it not meshing well with the rest of DiscoveryFL, but so may do a lot of other things within the gameplay people create around here and yet on multiple occassions it can find its way back into the overall pattern. As for the diplomacy, that's what came to be over years of play and respresents the actual status of this cell, though it's, as usual, up to changes depending on what new RP is to come.

Ignoring the fact that you've known about this since its very beginning, with this posted faction-information there's no circumventing happening anymore, as the FR5'd tag is still and again valid ingame and thus takes full responsibility for the past RP.
You're of course free to've your own opinion and you're neither forced to play with this group nor get in any way involved, if that's what you wish and/or see as the only legit game.
If you've any further questions, please don't hesitate to state them.

Just so I understand what you're trying to say: You were roleplaying a section of 101st (GoR) that split from the 101st but was the entirety of the 101st still because it was still just you?
Jokes aside, this really rubs me the wrong way. Not only did you really swing the victim club after the FR5 but you also played around it by simply switching tags and pretending that nothing had happened. If we look here, you still seem to labour under the illusion that the 101st would still be more than an assortment of shoody shanties if they were still on Malta (which they can't be, obviously, otherwise there'd be a crater left by Ranseur mortar fire. Only one of the factions has this firepower). Are you really trying to tell me that you planned to have GoR be something else than a kneejerk reaction to not being able to dock on OC bases? I don't believe you for a second.
Look, I'm beyond really caring at this point. In fact, nobody would have even batted an eyelash if you'd just kept the new tag and pretended like nothing had happened, because it is not fun playing with someone who can't lose. Picking up on Jayce's point, this is exactly why there is an 'antipathy' against your behaviour. Do with this feedback as you want, which will probably end up looking like [insert screen of Skype where you removed me from your contacts in another kneejerk reaction because you didn't get what you wanted].
