It's "worse" in terms of PvP as you'd have less targets to shoot at, that's basically all that comes to mind. Of course you could also try to develop your chars and put in effort into your own RPs there, but then again [GoR] has to follow a very strict line-out over secrecy, looking at what happened last time. With [101st], your approach could be more direct, as you're already at hostile terms with many, including some of the Outcast-forces, and your main concern as part of that group would be securing new supply-lines, gathering allies and focussing on the groups own advancement regardless of what Malta needs.
Actually Estefania is still wrongly tagged. That char should not have any tag at all anymore, neither [101st] nor [GoR] as she was expelled by Gabriella for absolutely ruining the squadron over the last years and those that parted from the initial faction ain't keen of having Estefania around either.
Alright, thanks for the elaboration of this quite complicated situation.
So in the end you have 4/5 Outcast characters and 2 factions, don't you considering this as too much? I'm afraid that you will burn out faster than usual upholding all those projects.

I'm playing a multitude of Outcast characters in two seaparte from each other groups. Two ingame available for [GoR], out of which one is a trader, and coming soon are the two for [101st]. Apart from that, I'm not playing any other chars, though I should log my Core| more and I'm thinking about finding a place for Sylar.

[GoR] is a newly formed entitiy after the [101st] broke apart. This [101st] here are what's left of that crash, carrying on the old flag as a symbol of their roots and opposition to Maltas government and all those, including that new [GoR], that bend to the actual ruling body. And whilst the [GoR] still may have their own agenda, they're sitting on Gabriellas compound guarded behind what's left of their military (which is contrary to the belief of some, not necessarily unimpressive given their reign over Nacion for close to 150 years). [GoR] has the technology and supplies to keep to their own and yet, they do not openly oppose the current situation on Malta, publically.
The [101st] on the other hand, are strictly against anything that isn't them ruling Malta and with the NC (now Fedelta) having exiled them, they're left for their own, abandoned by Gabriella and her support, to find their place within the sector. On limited supplies and close to no allies.
Aha, so... tl;dr: [101st] fell apart on two organizations, one of them is [GoR] who collaborating with Fedelta and the other remnant is still named [101st] and maintaining old radical politics of collaborating with Corsairs and being hostile to the Outcast government? Am I getting it right?

This question was answered now multiple times, I suggest reading this thread here again if there's still confusion on this topic.
