It still seems to be refusing to work. Under the assumption that it is not going to be taken over by communists, I am asking the community whether we should all use this chance to move to Discord, which is more reliable.

It is not loading my message and stops connecting to the internet, however, YouTube and many others works just fine for me.

This. Also it is either a horrible mistake in Skype's code after the large huge update or just another attack on their servers. Considering the fact that Discord grows more and more we might end up suffering from such attacks with both programs.

Since the new skype update on my phone, it takes ages to refresh the chats and get the messages.

I'm also moving more and more away from skype, because discord beats it in every way.
