The situation in Tau-29 was a confusing ones, a few matters kept us from shooting the Royalist ourselves but I suppose we helped enough with words alone. The small payment as thanks for it is appreciated, even though not really necessary.
Let's get to business when you already established this channel here. First of all it is known to us that the Maltese and Brigands work together to spread Cardamine through Gallia but what interests us are the goods the Brigands deliver back to Malta. Perhaps those goods would be of use for the Golden Chrysanthemums as well?

Now regarding what we can do for you. The last few times we've gone to Malta, we took some very "underpaid workers" there. On our way back, as you already know, we bring cardamine to distribute it through Gallia.
We tend to bring these to Malta, because it is what gives us the largest profit margin. However, if you are willing to negotiate, we can offer you a decent range of other goods from Gallia. If you are interested in such a deal, we could either deliver any goods you may want to Malta and in exchange you'd give us something back. Either a monetary compensation or goods of your own. As an alternative, we could bring this to a station of your chosing for a similar reward.
There is no real need to cover up slavery with nice words. We are well aware of the Maltese Nation still accepting it, we oppose such matters but this shouldn't be of concern for our business relations.
Before we unveil the location of one of our bases we would want to have a few points clarified besides the cargo you can offer us, which you may list in your next reply already. Exotic goods of any form, beverages, food, Gallic technological such as but not restricted to: Lasers, Magnets, Ship Alloys and so on would be of our interest. Where you take them can be decided by you, either one of our assets directly or preferably to Genoa base in the Omicron-Tau system.
Now to the points requiring clarification: Who else besides the Maltese do the Brigands cooperate with outside of Gallia? Do you promise to be descret while your trips into Kusari? There is no need for anyone else to notice your appearance.

We haven't been cooperating with many people outside of Gallia. Besides the Maltese we only have some dealings with a couple of smugglers here and there. Nothing that should keep your organization worried or skeptical. In any case, if there is a local group you'd rather we stayed away from, please just say so.

They are working against us and everyone oppossing the most corrupt but sadly most powerful Keiretsu in Kusari, Samura Heavy Industries. It is very doubtful that they would consider dealing with any Gallics, it's not really a huge secret that they and Samura are unhappy with the Republic and their stance towards Gallia.
Anyway, a few mentioned goods on your list would interest us for various reasons.

Now...I do have a small request I'd like you to hear. Could you keep this cooperation between my smugglers and your organization a secret? More exactly, I wouldn't want other groups within the Brigands hearing about it. At least not yet.
You see... I don't exactly trust most Brigands, it is sad to admit this, but it is true. The Brigands from Marne... are far less... civilised than us. They claim we should unite all Brigands within a single 'flag', however they stick to their barbaric traditions and lost ideologies. They may try and seek progress but their brutish ways do not go well with their sly tongue. The chances of success for their goals are as great as the chances of permanent peace throughout all inhabited systems.
Pardon moi... I started rambling about things that most likely bore you.
We didn't expect your side to act that quickly, luckily the Zoners have no problems at all keeping goods stored for a couple of days, while I am speaking they are going to get picked up by some of our own transports. We saw a payment of a bit more than twenty-one million credits as acceptable. See it as a sign of good will for further cooperation.
Now to the point about your internal troubles. We will keep any dealings between us and your group to ourselves, right now we aren't going to tell it everyone, not even the Maltese, atleast not for the time being. We hope for you that convincing the 'Brigands from Marne' to change may be successful soon, uncivilized behaviour never brought anyone anything.

In any case, information is never enough. Most brigands aren't the kind to share, so I know very little of what past groups knew about Sirius. With this said, if you could provide some general details about Kusari, it would be much appreciated.
I would also like to ask if there is any trustworthy organization in Sirius that specializes in selling information. As I said, I know very little about the Sirius Sector outside of what happens here and there in the Taus. Being in contact with such a group could be of great help to us.
