Not when two launchers were given to each side before it started.
And when both of them were used and now had no ammo.

Can we actually have the sides balanced today and no duel nova bombers that hug solaris gunboats, or gunboats that jump in on snub brawls. Cheer, Thank you. Because yesterday the Outcast side gave up and started logging off because the balance was bad, being out numbered on snubs and caps and being slaughters is no fun. But Kudos to @Mephistoles for trying balance it.
