fine, fine, conn isnt really the problem,if i could raid gama then i wouldnt need to go to conn in the first place, but i cant be bothered since its too far so im forced to go to conn for pews, same problem is with bretonia btw,im not exactly sure when it was but the whole server downfall started the moment some addition to the mod was made to change solaris guns on caps, before then i had to wait in que to log on , after that update or whatever it was i never saw more than 150-160 ppl online, make the mod as it was back then and i will come back and i can guarantee for atleast 30-40 people who will try it out after i tell em its ok now
I tried to get back into disco itself, but I couldn't really adapt to the way guns are handled. I kinda miss 4.85 and before. But that's just me, I never really was good at adapting to changes.

You realize the Alpha/Gamma connection is shorter than it has ever been since .84, right?
it still gives off a feeling as if its a trip through the void though, when before the route itself was also contested and by that i mean that the fight was basically in eta in between siracusa and etna and whoever won there progressed to raid the other's home system,if you tell me that the previous alpha-eta is longer than the current alpha-gama route....well...i will shoot myself
Every day there are probably 40 people who would like nothing more than to have a good ol' Outcast vs Corsair fight.
But none of them are having it because they check the Player Status list on the forum and see 0 people online in Gamma and 0 people online in Alpha, so not even one of those 40 people even logs on in alpha or gamma, because they have absolutely no reason to be in those systems except pray for a raid.
In those systems there are no more people smuggling cardamine, no more people smuggling artifacts, no more people doing missions, no more people taking bar bribes, no more people repping to get their gear, no more people training PvP, no more people helping others with any of that.
Everyone is in their comfy /restarted ship in their comfy /conn or in their comfy /restarted 3-minute-to fill superminer, or clicking on their comfy forum player list, or fearing the wrath of the super-RPers calling them PvP whores, dreaming about the good old wild days.

And how long has Omicron Lambda been a thing? Do you need a reminder?
Well it isn't a thing anymore and you've got me to thank for it. I absolutely do not need a reminder of that abomination, but that's not the version of the mod you're playing right now. Distance is no longer a valid excuse.

You've done a job there honestly, especially the Munich connection.

Apology accepted. I'd say back on topic or something like that, but this carcinoma of a thread got derailed about a dozen pages ago I reckon.
