There is no Wild ID for non-player-faction players. If you want to play Wild, you need to join either |Aoi or Das Wilde or Division 9 or create your own Wild faction.

To avoid irrational things happening. If Wild ID is restricted to some factions, then it's usage is more or less certain, or at least, under solid supervision.
