Today was a wonderful night in New York, nary a trace of unlawful activity and not a single outbreak of "Lawl's Syndrome."
Two vessels, (A)utark_Mikuru and (A)utark_Heirakleitos, were inspected for flying a Rheinland Cruiser and a Wrath Very Heavy Fighter, respectively. They claimed to have stolen the plans very forcefully from Rheinland shipyards, and were quite cooperative to inspection. Their ships identified as Zoner ID'd, and from close inspection appeared to be custom built. The fighter was carrying a pair of Nomad Energy Blasters, and upon prompting the pair offered to pay the necessary licensing fees. Both have been collected, and the ten million credits are waiting on my ship. Please let me know where to send the money, or if I am allowed to use this money to buy myself a better ship than a Patriot. From what I could tell, the vessels were indeed quite hostile to the Rheinland government, and should not prove a threat to Liberty. I request that special care be granted to them rather than outright expulsion- they cooperated fully in every request, paid their dues promptly, and offered to assist against the lone Xeno that came against lawful forces. They are currently headed toward the Omegas through Bretonia. Other than the Nomad weapons on the fighter, both ships maintained Zoner equipment.
Another vessel, Aaron_Butler, was flying a Rheinland Valkyrie fully kitted with Rheinland weapons, complimented by a Police IFF reading and a civilian ID. I attribute the Police IFF to the flatfoots being known to register almost all pilots with them upon so much as a handshake, and the civilian ID checked out as a Bretonian citizen. Most odd, he was prodded with questions and seemed to be not outright hostile, although a little suspicious. Thanks to the shadow of the battlecruiser Liberator America, he was persuaded to leave Liberty space before causing any trouble. I advise watching this individual, he may be a spy. He may also be a refugee with information, so I recommend interrogating him more fully should he return.
There are also a number of [Incom] vessels, almost exclusively in Starfliers except for their leader, an Ageira agent flying a Havoc, that appeared today. They seemed harmless, although there was an unconfirmed report of them heading toward the Zone-21 minefield. I recommend further investigation into their activities.
All in all, today was a grand day for Liberty. I hope to see many others like it.

The subject is currently flying a stolen Starflier, and has already murdered at least forty people.

Ah yes symbol a very good pilot if i remember but as for the Odin thats a Hessian ship and not a Rhineland Military ship, i think also that the person in question is a Corsair, from reports from undercover agents working along with Hessians that ship name has been seen docking at Cadiz base located in the Omega 5 system.
I'll have my undercover team find out more about this person and contact you as soon i find out anything about him.
