I am opening communications with you today on behalf of Queen Carina’s Privateers.
In their last Captains Summit the Captains and the Lord Privateer decided that a strong relationship with Malta would be mutually beneficent and fruitful to both the Privateers and the Outcasts.
They have asked me to propose that the Lord Privateer meet you on Freeport 10 in the Tau-37 system in person to discuss their proposal to the National Council and negotiate a treaty.
Myself and the Lord Privateer understand that you are rather busy people however, and have agreed that if this is not possible for you then I myself shall put forward the proposal from the Lord Privateer and the Captains of Queen Carina’s Privateers through a more secure communication channel.
If you would like to meet the Lord Privateer in person to discuss terms and conditions, then a time and date can be discussed with myself.

I am rather worried about the lack of communication I have received back from the National Council regarding my previous contact.
Mr Campbell is patiently awaiting your reply. However, he is beginning to grow agitated and does not understand that such things can take time.
