What keeps you playing?

couple weeks ago i prolly wouldve started playing more if not for the crippling lag i get at random times for no reason

so when the game does work and doesnt do its best to kick me off it i do the thing

in conn tho because im afraid to start getting 99% lag outside of it and have people tell me im wesker

Try shutting down all applications whether it is email, FB, Youtube, Twitter, etc and use your smart phone to Skype. Also if you are using WiFi make sure to also use your broad band cord to your router. this will give you another channel to the Internet. WiFi usually gives 70-75% of what Ether net cord can do. Example: If hard plug gives you lets say 100 Mbps channel then the WiFi would be about 73 Mbps or so. Use them both at same time will give combined total of 173 Mbps. This with shutting down ALL non essential APPS will help stop the lag and give you reasonable to great connection (theoretically).

Mining, there is no single game that has a mining system like FL has.
Eve mining is also cool, but it takes a while until you have fun.

Also, FL has something that you can rarely find in other games. (Don' ask me what, I still have not figured that out.)

Nothing as I don't really play it anymore. In the same time, I can't wipe out or sell my ships for good. Maybe it's the time I've invested in this game, or maybe simply the hope for the past to come back... I really don't know.

Well, I miss my old friends L'egendary, Zsonzon and Lee from Disco Warzone. If anyone has any info on why the server went down unexpectedly and without warning, please let me know.

Nothing, really. I'm actually starting to find fewer and fewer reasons to play. All the crummy politics and the pirates whom RP poorly at best...."Halt" "3m or die" yeah, annoying.
