I'm addressing you today to propose a joint project to further terraforming efforts on Planet Saarbrucken. Our surveys show that the distribution of water on the planet is extremely uneven. The plan that our scientists came up with assumes that the dry areas will be irrigated by pumping water from moist regions through the air to propagate it into the arid regions. This will basically imitate the process that happens on the planet naturally under certain circumstances. The plan is to make it constant and thus create more balanced climate in a few years.
To start and sustain the process, we plan to build several facilities, or air irrigation plants, on the border of arid zones and wet elevated regions. Our engineers prepared the design of the plants, and we want to involve Daumann into delivery of the materials, as well as in the construction process itself. Please, let me know if you are interested in this project, so we could discuss financing, logistics and other details.
Sincerely yours, Jack Worth

Herr Worth,
On behalf of DHC I would like to say that we are very pleased with the progress made so far with regards to Saarbrücken. Your proactive approach with regards to this project has not gone unnoticed and I am personally impressed that you have already come to us with a solution! This is truly rare these days.
Of course, Daumann remains committed to securing Rheinland's future and as such I am all ears to listen to what PFI will require in order facilitate the process.
For starters, I can dispatch an engineering team to Köln in order to go over the plans with your specialists aboard Tholey so that we can lay the groundwork and planning for this project.
What are we looking at here, in terms of financing and material? This is so that I can assess and assign logistic units appropriately.

Glad to see you interested and on board with this project! We will start small and build one plant as a prototype to evaluate the local effect before we aim for global one. Planetform engineers already have some bluerpints prepared, however, it would be great if your team could take a look at them before we commence the project. At least, with the blueprints we were able to estimate rough amount of materials needed and select location for the plant.
Planetform estimates the logistics budget for the project at 100,000,000 credits. We will need significant amounts of alloys and construction materials, as well as some high-tech commodities, such as Optronics, Superconductors and some others. See below for the list of commodities and suggested bonus for shippers:
I expect that this list might be updated after DHC engineers evaluate the bluprints. However, your transports could start deliveries at the earliest convenience, so we could begin actual construction right away.
Sincerely yours, Jack Worth

Herr Worth,
Apologies for the slight delay.
I've had the chance to review the provided list with your recommendations and everything looks good to go. I've also been notified that our teams are in congruence with regards to the design and the plan presented.
I noticed that specific quantity of the required commodities seem to be lacking. If you can please send over an updated quantity list, I can then forward the work order to the logistics team managers so we can get the ball rolling.
Once I have the updated copy I can run it by Finance so that we can wire through the additional funding for this project as well.

In fact, I didn't want to deliberately set specific amounts of every commodity on the list. As we are going to construct many such facilities, we will basically use any amount of said resources you plan to deliver, or store them on the surface of the planet for future construction. However, I will set the lower boundary for the delivery: we require not less than 5,000 units of each commodity, and we will pay for any additional amount of cargo as long as the mentioned fund is not exhausted. Hope these conditions are acceptable for you.
Sincerely yours, Jack Worth

Herr Worth,
We've been busy making preparations for the upcoming deliveries for our on-going and future projects in the Köln system which have been the reason for my extremely delayed response. Nevertheless, DHC remains committed to our joint project and have moved this to higher priority status.
We are currently in the last stages of finalizing some details with a few vendors and suppliers and should be able to receive the first of deliveries within the coming week or two.
A separate channel will be established to keep track of all logs and records which you will gain access to as well.
I will keep you updated on its progress.
